"Our third stay at Sea Breeze."
It's a lovely, cosy, clean, well equipped cottage.

"Very pleased overall."
Plenty of dishes, plates etc in the kitchen, all good quality. Beds were very comfortable. Two adults using the twin room, plenty of room. We all used the shower in the en suite. The stairs hand rail was rather odd not enough depth to hold on to. Parking was fine for an estate car and a SUV- the key details had stated one car although house details had stated parking for two cars. Fine walking down into town but very steep hill to walk back up. Loads to do in the area.

"We loved the cottage as it was a great base for our short break in Swanage with our dog."
We only stayed a couple of days but it had everything we needed , only a 30 minute walk from the sea front and green space. The accommodation was small but well equipped, extremely clean and comfortable. The parking was sufficient but slightly awkward, this should perhaps be highlighted in the listing.

"Property was clean, cosy and well decorated throughout, and within a quiet location."
Kitchen very well equipped, beds were very comfortable so slept well. Ideally situated, able to walk into Swanage within 20/30 minutes. A good base for walking especially around Studland a short drive away. We were aware of having only one shower in ensuit bathroom, but maybe another shower in family bathroom would be more convenient when 4adults sharing. Apart from that had a lovely weeks holiday. Janice.

"Seabreeze is a lovely cottage, very practical layout and a good location."
The coffee and milk were a nice touch, as were the washing up liquid, tea towels & dish cloth. Good quality bedding and towels are provided. There is a dishwasher so bring your dishwasher tabs. It's a 20 minute walk into Swanage with all that the usual seaside resort offers, worth the short walk because the property has parking, a bonus in Swanage. A short walk brings you to The Priests Way, a public footpath perfect for walking the dog. I would definitely be happy to book Seabreeze again.

"Sea Breeze is in a great location and is kitted out with what we needed for our 3 night stay."
Lovely little garden, good level of decor and useful to have some guaranteed parking. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in a very beautiful part of the UK.
The photos don't do this cottage justice.

"A lovely, comfortable cottage, equipped with everything you need."
The kitchen could have been cleaner, and some of the cupboard doors need replacing. It is quite a long walk into Swanage, which was fine for us, but something to consider if you want everything on your doorstep. Great to have private parking, but it is tight, particularly if you have a bigger car. Overall a nice cottage, which I would recommend.

"Sea Breeze is a lovely cottage, carefully and tastefully decorated and furnished so as not to offend."
Located in a quiet road was perfect for us, with a great view towards the hills.
Providing coffee and biscuits for our arrival was a lovely and welcome touch as was providing handwash and loo rolls,
I would thoroughly recommend Sea Breeze.

"This "cottage" was more like a house."
To access it, it was necessary for us to drive carefully up and down the steep hill, and, steer carefully in and out of the narrow parking bays which we found to be stressful, yet bays were always available for us. The cottage was modern, spacious, well-furnished, and, clean. Excellent modern full-length wardrobes, very comfortable beds, and, an extremely quiet area at night. However, the bedroom blinds do not block out the light so this aspect was disappointing to our sleep. Wonderful views of the hills from the master bedroom. On occasion, we dined in the patio back garden along with usual noises from a residential estate. The kitchen spotlights flicker erratically, however this is a minor point. We enjoyed visits to Swanage, the Steam Railway was fab as was Corfe Castle, Studland Bay, and Durlston Castle. The Pier Head restaurant in Swanage served us superb seafood dishes.

"Lovely weekend break at Sea Breeze, a little farther away from town/seafront to walk than expected, (about 20 mins) but not an issue."
Other than maybe some blackout blinds at bedroom windows as it was very light at 4.30am. Not a problem in the winter months though. All in all a very cosy cottage and would not hesitate to book again.
