Fantastic views from the 3 main rooms.

Wonderful to hear the waves on the beach and people watch. Easy walk to restaurants, Weymouth harbour etc but a quiet part of town. Very well equipped with thoughtful extra touches. Only negative is the outside space needs some tlc. We plan to make a return visit

Very well equipped and as advertised the view was fantastic.

Rooms were comfortable and suited our family dynamic particularly the 2 bathrooms. Lovely welcome gift of milk, flowers and biscuits. Thank you. The photographs of the outside area need updating it was very overgrown and run down. You certainly couldn’t sit out in the garden. Windows need cleaning. This detracted-from the overall value for money for the property but not our holiday.

We have stayed at Grandview several times.

It has good facilities and the location is one of the best in Weymouth boasting beautiful views out to sea and access to seafront promenade. Though very well equiped a few modernisations would make this a five star property. A grab bar in the master bathroom and preferably a new lower sided bath would help us older less mobile folks. The secondary shower room needs a new sturdy toilet seat.Otherwise this is an excellent place to stay.
