Love property, nice quiet location.

Property as described and very comfortable. Very well equipped with everything you need for a holiday including a dishwasher and washing machine. The garden was an added bonus.

We had a lovely stay in early July.

The property is very well equipped and maintained and is well located for exploring on foot, by bus and car. The only slight negative was the sound of the seagulls which we think must have been nesting nearby, but we realise that is completely beyond the control of the owners.

Large rooms and comfortable beds. Good location and made use of the nearby beach accessed via the Grand hotel

The apartment was well placed, with just a short walk along the seafront into the centre of Swanage.

Others have mentioned the parking - this is a bit tight, but easy enough once you have done it the first time. A pen to write in the visitors book would be good.

The apartment is beautifully equipped and maintained, very suitable for my disabled dad and elderly mum!

We were all very comfortable. We had a great time. It is a lovely base for exploring the area.

A very well equipped, clean and comfortable ground floor flat a short walk from the beach.

There was lots of room to spread out at the property: lounge, conservatory, patio, small garden. The area is very quiet. We appreciated the off street parking. There’s a small issue the parking which is at the end of the property. You either have to reverse in or out at an angle. A bit tricky but doable. Lots to see in the area. Couldn’t do it all in a week. Corfe Castle, Monkey World, Studland were the highlights. The path to Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door was so crowded I’d recommend giving it a miss in the school holidays. All in all a very good flat in a lovely area.

Stay at the apartment was as expected Ultra modern and facilities were as needed the TV kept losing it's signal over 3 nights And in the morning we had to tap in our mobile to get WF - Nice patio outside and conservatory .

. It was a bit expensive -but for us it good as it was only 2 people _

Very nice flat everything you needed was there, one thing that we got stuck with at first was the plugs in the washbasins in bathrooms we had to”google the problem to find out how they worked, might be a problem if you are elderly and the other slight nuisance was the car parking only room to reverse up the driveway but otherwise a lovely place to stay, Swanage is a lovely place for safe bathing and Sandy beach the town itself is looking a bit tired could do with a makeover and bringing into 21st century.
