We had a lovely week at The Hebe.

Lovely quiet setting. Easy access routes to all coastal towns. Lovely access to walks and cycle routes. House was very clean, modern twist and had everything that you would need (cutlery, kitchen utensils, washing line, pegs, dishwasher etc). Comfortable and cosy. Lovely gardens front and back where you can sit comfortably with a glass of something. Beds very comfortable, both wet rooms easily accessible. We needed for nothing. Local pubs are about 1-2 miles away: The Saxon Arms (does lovely food) and The Chalk & Cheese (don’t serve food) Along with a Budgens petrol station being nearby too. The Fox & Hounds in cattistock was a nice little pub and good food. Owner was very nice too - they took time to visit and make sure we were ok. Definitely would return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at Hebe.

The accommodation is well kept and the facilities are good. There is a good deal of secure space around Hebe, which is ideal for dogs. Even though the weather was very hot, Hebe stayed relatively cool - thankfully. And there are wonderful walks direct from the house. The only thing that would have made Hebe better would be stronger WiFi to cover the whole house (the walls are very thick so this might not be possible), but this is only a minor issue.
