Lovely, well equipped cottage, Idea location
Would be useful to have a colander, the chopping board needed replacement as it was badly scratched.
A sheet and fan required in the extreme heat. The tv control needed a new battery and was fine after a new battery was fitted. Finally the plastic.windows did not like the hot weather and it was extremely difficult to shut the large windows when we went out. The property was a a good position, near the railway station and bus station, a short walk to the shops and beach. No problem with the car parking, next to the property. We did not.need to use the car during the week. We have not given it 5 stars as we thought it was over priced for it facilities.
Could be lovely but some aspects need work.
The location is great, so close to the town centre and the beach. The parking is tight but perfectly doable. Very comfortable sitting room, great shower, good kitchen and the second bedroom was OK. However, the main bedroom, which was not as shown in the listing, was awful in the most unforgivable way. The bedding was not clean! Pillow cases had clearly been used by previous guests and the state of the pillows underneath the pillow cases was horrible
