The only disappointment was that a blind in the kitchen which was broken in July and a note left stating that it was going to be fixed was still not done.

Other than that a good location to just chill out and relax.

Mead Cottage is a superb holiday cottage in an incredible location.

5 min walk on bridal path into West Bay or 15 min walk into the center of Bridport. The cottage is well appointed and has everything you could want in a holiday facility. It was very hot whist we were away (up to 28 deg) but the cottage was easy to cool down of an evening and we never needed to use the fan provided . One minor improvement that would be useful, a thermal blackout blind in the front bedroom of the same type as that in the rear bedroom would prevent the front bedroom heating up and make sleeping better for light sleepers (full sun from 4am!!). We would definitely use Mead Cottage again . Car parking very good just outside rear gate.

This was our second visit to Mead Cottage.

We were extremely happy with the cottage and hope to return next year ! It's extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely garden and excellent location. Not a huge cottage but it was great for us. Many thanks.
