Amazing views.

Perfect position. Close to beaches, harbour, eateries. Lovely area of Dorset. Unfortunately we have the same views of previous occupants. Cleanliness isn’t up to standard. As soon as we got there, most important thing, cup of tea. The kettle had no water in which is a plus, but the limescale inside was very bad. Oven was dirty. Stains in the fridge. Toaster had not been cleaned out for some time. Kitchen utensils really need to be replaced. Mugs were very stained. Really needs quite a bit of TLC. But we have had an amazing stay in west bay.

We had a lovely stay at Seacliff, this is our second visit as it’s a perfectly situated holiday home.

It offers beautiful views and lots of amenities, shops and restaurants without getting in the car. It was good to see that my feedback and others had maybe been noted as the cleanliness of this lovely bungalow was not great on my last visit. It was great to see that it had improved and they taken no board the reviews. Let’s hope it continues. The bungalow still needs a bit of TLC as some things are quite tired. But it’s not enough to stop me revisiting. I have already booked up for next year, my grandchildren absolute love it . It’s a perfect place to spend by the seaside. Tracy G

We did have a great stay at Seacliffe.

Location was perfect and views just amazing. Can't fault the views or the area. Very quiet at night. Virtually 1 min to the beach. Ideal for dog walks and watching the sun go down. We felt it just needed some real tender loving care to make it the great place it could easily be. It is a pet friendly accommodation but no bowls, towels or enclosed gardens for the dogs. On arrival we received a welcome pack consisting of scrubber, tiny tub of washing up liquid, tiny soap and a cloth. One tea towel. We always like to do our washing each day but had to buy pegs and no basket was available in the property. Basic things like scissors were also not In the property. It was a very hot week and there was no fan nor umbrella for the seating area outside. The curtains did not meet in the middle which meant we had to put a cover over the space to try to keep the front room cool. The toilet seat did not fit the pan properly and there was dirty bedding the wardrobe where you were going to hang your clothes. Before we left we hoovered as we always do and found lots of dog hair and dust under the settees which had been there for a long time. This property has the potential to be amazing and we hope these issues will be addressed quickly. If so we will definitely return in the future. I have got photos of all these issues listed and will forward to dreams themselves.
