  • "The flat is in a great location, and the space in the living room is excellent, with fantastic views."

    The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you could need, although we did not cook whilst there so cannot review how good utensils were. There are a selection of books and games suitable for a wide range of ages. There is a hive heating system, which we found to be very responsive, which it needed to be as a window was left open near the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom is in a noticeable colder part of the flat, so we did need the heating immediately. The beds were comfy with quality linen, although one of the twin beds was quite creaky, disturbing sleep - easily fixed by tightening some screws. The window in the hall outside the bathroom doesn't have a blind or curtains, so unless you sleep with the door to the twin room closed you have an early wake up. The bathroom is quite tight, although the shower cubicle is large there isn't a lot of space in the rest of the room, which could challenging with young children. This is the onky room where i thought a little TLC was needed, mostly just on tiles / grout and shower mechanism - although nothing big. The towels were lovely and fluffy and plenty large enough, there were also a lot of places to gang any wet towels or things from rhe beach, if used, was a little too cold for that in October! I found the instructions for where to find the outdoor bins very confusing, and never actually found them - instructions directed you to what looked like someone else's basement flat. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise from the sofa in the living room. A couple of tweaks and it would be perfect.

  • "Felt the entrance hall into the main building, very tired and dismal."

    The management company do need to use the services received from the owners to do some decorating and repairs. The apartment itself, albeit a very old property, possibly a little tired. But can say nice location, bright and well stocked in the kitchen. The bed linen, and towels were wonderful, and the beds very comfortable. Felt the bathroom very small, but know nothing you can do about that. But overall very restful week. Thank you for allowing us to go in a day earlier due to the triathalon. We did leave a day early, only as the weather had not been kind through the week. Did advise dream cottages, incase the cleaner wanted to get in earlier..

  • "What a beautiful place, & views are stunning of the sea from the sash windows."

    The chair by the window is a lovely touch to watch the world go by. Plenty of space in the apartment. Facilities plenty of everything, very clean & decorated to a high standard. The shower has plenty of room & blissfully powerfull after coming in from the sea. Beds are comfortable after a long day exploring the coast. Highly recommend this apartment. Everything you need is here, Also the deck chairs for the beach so thoughtful ! Can't fault this apartment. Perfect Definitely our new go to

    Apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - very well equipped. Amazing location, with stunning sea views. The sun rises across the bay which is amazing in the morning. Seamless check-in/out. Well thought out information booklet in the property explaining everything. Thank you!

  • "Thoughtfulness care and kindness oozed from this holiday rental."

    .So clean and comfortable..I did not want to leave the view from the window.which I will never forget.That view will give me strength on dark wet cold mornings when the usual routine kicks in..Neighbours were polite and friendly.and all respected communal hallway.perfect choice to stay if you wanted to explore.or literally do nothing at all.if and when available I will defo be booking again.Everything was so simple and straightforward.and I think the owner had thought of everything one would need.so homely.really missing it already.want to go back.thankyou so much..

  • "Beautiful place , views from the front window spectacular, the apartment was decorated to a high standed, only complaint is the mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable could do with a topper so you don't feel the springs ."

  • "I had said that the flat was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed for our stay and was above and beyond adequately stocked with all equipment we could have needed."

    Beautiful view and a pleasure to take over when we arrived. A bit of information on the TV controls would have been helpful . I could not find the ordinary channels such as BBC1/2/ITV/Channel 4. We used Netflix and U tube when necessary . My grandson thought the TV was too small and jokingly watched it using the binoculars. Just slightly bigger TV would have been good. In the shower it would be good to have a non slip surface of some sort as the shower head and the soap dishes are at opposite ends and at a good length apart. I was afraid of slipping when moving to the other end also when getting out of the shower - also a grab rail somewhere suitable in the shower would be a great addition . Thank you - we had a lovely comfortable time and all was so very well presented .

  • "Absolutely beautiful appointed apartment with the Sunrise into the windows in the morning, magical."

    Such a great location for easy walks into the town, around the bay, out to Fort Nothe, restaurants, shops and sea swims ! Weymouth is charming, we celebrated with them all (!) as they gathered around the Promenade clock at midnight of the New Year, what lovelier way to start a New Year - thank you

  • "The property was extremely well kitted out and there was everything that we needed."

    Whilst maybe a washing machine or dishwasher would be nice we did not feel the need for them, we just bought enough clean clothes with us for the stay and had to eat out at the lovely range of restaurants in Weymouth.

    Really pleased you felt Sunrise was extremely well kitted out and that you had everything you needed! This is all so helpful to me. It was also good to hear that you didn't feel the lack of a washing machine or dishwasher impacted your stay or enjoyment of the apartment and Weymouth.   • "The apartment was beautiful, lovely view, perfect location, very clean and modern."

    The only thing we missed, with it being a beach holiday, was a washing machine, other than this the apartment had everything else you could need. Me and my 2 children had a lovely holiday in Sunrise.
