Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with seating for four, ideal for hosting intimate mealtimes.
Head out to the enclosed courtyard and enjoy a glass of wine in the setting sun as you plan your adventures for the next day.
Head upstairs to discover two tastefully-furnished bedrooms; a king-size and a twin, served by a bathroom with a choice of bath and overhead shower.

Comfortable property in a quiet location that is perfectly situated to explore the Dorset coast.
A few touches would make it outstanding e.g. some work on the courtyard and update the bath/shower. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
The property is in need of some TLC, the paint work looked a little grubby in places and there are clear signs of damp and/or water leaks.
The 'Garden' described in the details is not a garden, it's a concrete courtyard surrounded and enclosed by brick walls, that's always in the shade and quite damp. On street parking is non existent due to the volume of cars that park in the area, I had to park some distance away. The facilities in the property were otherwise suitable for what I needed and the double bed was very comfortable.
Very tired house.
Court yard untidy and upstairs toilet leaking down when flushed. Drains in court yard blocked with weeds growing in drains. Front garden and gate a mess. Info book inaccurate. Shower heads covered in limescale. On the plus side beds were comfortable.
