Very nice house in a side street in Southend near the Southchurch Park and in walking distance to Southend East Railstation and the Seafront.

The house is spacious with a comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen, three large bedrooms (and a very small one) und a lovely garden. Off Street Parking was a good thing to have, since the street got quite crowded with cars. We had a wonderful stay. Contact info of the owners was only available from the guest folder after we entered the house, so we figured, they might want to be left alone unless in case of problems (which we did not encounter).

Overall we had a wonderful stay at 98.

Beds comfortable facilities good. Small points were we had to clean the dishwasher, oven doors, washing machine and clean the filter as it stopped spinning (looked to not have been done in a while) Floors seemed dirty as feet were always black when bare foot. Garden was lovely - BBQ needs a cover if you want it used as it was rusty so not really usable which was disappointing Great location - we walked every day Great with most cleaning bits being provided Overall we had a wonderful stay and would be very happy to stay again Thank you
