Description
Caravan is a static holiday home set in Morfa Bychan, Gwynedd, providing a straightforward coastal base for small families or friends keen to explore this attractive corner of North Wales.
With sandy beaches and mountain scenery close by, it’s well placed for a traditional seaside break.
Situated on the popular Haven Greenacres Holiday Park, guests can enjoy convenient access to a range of on‑site amenities, including entertainment venues, leisure facilities, dining options, indoor swimming pool and children’s activities.
Please note: Haven play passes are not included with the stay and must be purchased directly from reception on arrival.
Inside, the open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining and sitting spaces in one practical layout.
The kitchen is fitted with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, making it easy to prepare simple meals or pack up a picnic for the day.
A dining table offers space to sit together and plan upcoming outings, while the sitting area, arranged around an electric fire, is ideal for relaxing in the evening.
The single-storey accommodation includes two bedrooms: a double with its own basin and WC, and a twin room suited to children or friends.
A separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC completes the interior.
Central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, along with bed linen and towels, are all included to help ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
Outside, enclosed decking with outdoor furniture provides a pleasant spot to sit out and enjoy the sea air.
Off-road parking for two cars adds further ease.
Local amenities can be found in the village, while the nearby beach at Black Rock Sands is popular for its wide shoreline and views across Cardigan Bay.
Porthmadog is close at hand, offering shops, cafés and harbour views, as well as access to the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways.
From here, you can also explore the wider Llŷn Peninsula or head inland towards Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park for walking routes and dramatic landscapes.
The Italianate village of Portmeirion is another worthwhile day out.
Caravan makes a well-situated base for discovering the coast, countryside and character of Gwynedd.

What guests are saying
The caravan was very clean, warm, comfortable and user friendly especially the shower and Property had all the amenities we required for cooking.
Owners very helpful, would recommend
The accommodation was in a great location and good facilities.
Once cons I have to share are, the accommodation had a weird smell may be because it was closed for a while. Every time we need to open the windows and door to get rid of it. The small beds were ok ok. An adult cannot accommodate there. Rest all are beautiful
Very happy with the caravan which was clean and tidy, comfy bed.
Didn`t notice anything missing in the kitchen (utensils/crockery etc - so well equipped).Properly Dog-friendly with some food and treats. Main facilities and beach near enough to walk to and far enough away not to be noisy at night. Actually quiet at night and through the day anyway. Decking lovely to sit out on in the sun. Everyone was polite and friendly, well maintained park near all the beautiful wee Welsh villages. Thank you.
