Molly's Place

Had another lovely relaxing time at Molly’s, I think it’s the 3 or 4 time we have stayed, not to far to the shops and beaches lovely private garden, hope to go back again soon.

Really lovely stay for a week in Mollys Place, despite weather which was cloudy, windy and chilly .

The decor throughout follows a unique, creative coastal theme. Fortunately the heating was more than adequate for chilly temperatures outside. I loved looking at the beautiful shrubs and trees around the house from the large windows. It was clean and very comfortable and the best accommodation I have stayed in, with soft towels and sheets, and gorgeous cushions. Lots to do and places to go in the area. I recommend Mollys Place highly.

Molly's Place was a very clean and comfortable place to stay in a good location.

We visited during a heatwave a day did feel all the information and accommodations were for if you felt cold, summer quilts or better still fans in the bedrooms especially would have been very useful as the heat inside increased day on day making it very uncomfortable. Otherwise the things other people had found a problem did not worry us - narrow driveway (it is what it is but still.useable, upstairs occupants garden outside lounge - she is lovely and very considerate. Facilities were good and well maintained and the garden beautiful. A wonderful stay even if the heat meant we did not go out as far as planned.

Molly's place is in a ideal and quiet area of boscombe It is very clean and comfortable, an enclosed garden for the dog, all rooms are very spacious.

The only downside was the weather, I suppose you can't blame Molly's place for that.

Molly’s Place is a comfortable well situated property, just a few minutes walk from the sea.

It is tastefully decorated with everything needed for an enjoyable stay, including a cupboard full of games (for all ages) and a well equipped kitchen. The bed linen and towels were of a high standard. The complimentary gifts were thoughtful and appreciated. We had a lovely time and would recommend Molly’s Place to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay but not quite as easy for my husband as he has Parkinson's with poor mobility.

Molly’s Place was just wonderful!

Such a tastefully decorated, comfortable home with lots of space both inside and out. We had a great stay and the amazing weather was a real bonus, meaning we were able to take advantage of the lovely garden, the BBQ and the al fresco dining space. We are already planning our next trip!

This property is well situated for exploring the area, it's a homely welcoming and spacious apartment with a nicely kept garden area and off street parking too.

A couple of recommendations for the owner are the single mattresses are worn uncomfortable stained and need replacing as does some of the linen, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay at Molly's Place.

A spacious and comfortable accommodation and a quiet pleasant garden with outside dining in the sun or shade.

Barely any traffic noise, a blackbird sang sweetly and I had time to relax and collect my thoughts. Situated on a quiet leafy road, the accommodation is relatively close to shops - mostly convenience stores and fast food, which is typical anywhere post-Covid. There are more standard shops further into town and Sainsbury’s is 10 minutes on foot. I read reviews about barking dogs and furniture-moving noises coming from upstairs. The dogs did bark occasionally but certainly not incessantly, maybe once a day that I heard for two minutes or so. No drama there. The “furniture moving” noises were very occasional and didn’t bother us in the least. Don’t forget that it’s a maisonette and sounds carry. Again no big deal. The accommodation was furnished and decorated to a high standard and provided comfortable beds and furniture and plenty of places to sit and relax or eat. If anything is required I suggest you bring your own if it’s that important - extra tea towels, Hand towel for the kitchen, and your own sharp knives if you’re fussy - that’s typical in a rental but no big deal if you’re not bothered. Everything else was provided for you. The “welcome” pack consisted of a bottle of white wine, a long life 100ml bottle of milk in the fridge for that desperate first cuppa after driving from your house to your holiday, and a packet of shortbread fingers. There’s a folder with general information and instructions on how to use the appliances. Nice big telly with sound bar, and no problem with WiFi at any time during our stay.

It’s an ideal place for us to stay as it’s 5 minutes from my brother in law’s house.

Great property in a peaceful street and only a short distance walk to the beach.

Someone moaned that they could hear the dogs in the above flat. Yes that is true but only in the kitchen occasionally. Which was a distance from the other rooms. Another moan was about how far the toilet was from the second bedroom ,the fact it was dark, my advice take a night light with you. The property was very well catered for apart from a potato masher, it’s not a complaint just an observation, we survived. Also well caterered for dogs, ours it shattered he has come home for a rest. We were lucky the weather was brilliant, looking about coming back next year

Bigger than I expected. Very comfortable and had everything you would need. Location near the beach and facilities. We had a great holiday and my granddaughter did not want to leave.

Very well equipped and maintained. 15 min walk to sandy beach, Supermarket 10 min walk. Bakery, restaurants walking distance. Only minor negative comment: WLAN quite weak in some rooms and outside.

I’ll just mention a couple of negatives but must emphasise that we were very pleased with the accommodation overall.

Firstly, we arrived two days before the mixed recycling bin needed to be put out. The bin was full to overflowing and whoever had filled it was not very particular about what they had put in it. The general waste bin was due for collection the week after we had left. This bin was also completely full on arrival and therefore we had nowhere to put our rubbish. Secondly, there were three beds in the second bedroom but nowhere to hang or store clothes. We had to keep our clothes in our suitcases whereas we would have preferred to have at least a chest of drawers to store our clean clothes. One small issue was that there were no egg cups so we had to improvise when my 6 year old granddaughter had a dippy egg. The flat was spacious and the garden was lovely if not well maintained. The lady at 8A (upstairs flat) grumbled at us for using the front door to unpack the car because it made her two dogs bark. Another neighbour said we were too noisy when using the basket ball hoop. I guess these people would rather not have holiday groups in a property next door. The bathrooms were modern and clean. There was a plentiful supply of hot water and there was a good selection of games and puzzles for adults and children. The location was quiet and reasonably secluded and just a ten minute walk to the cliff top or a good sized Sainsbury’s. We were very happy with the property and would book again especially because we have family living in Boscombe Spa Road which is a 15/20 minute walk away.

Beautifully presented and immaculate property very well maintained and as advertised with everything you might need.

The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, cutlery etc Main Bed room had en suit and good double wardrobe with lots of hangers, Plenty of room on the drive for 2 or 3 cars, entrance to drive a bit tight though- but you do get used to it. We felt right at home, loved the fact it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes walk to shops, pubs, restaurants We would certainly book this lovely property again and will recommend it to our friends

Molly's place is very comfortable, all on one level, which is good for anyone with accessibility issues.

It's very well-positioned, only a 5 minute drive from the sea. Also it's in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood.

We liked the house very much.

One or two ideas for improvements: 1. A dressing table of sorts in main bedroom. 2. Eggcups! 3. "Beware of the step" to the kitchen. 4. Clearer instruction about the general rubbish bin - took me a while to find it, outside on pavement instead of with others. Also bags for bin liners. Also the recycling food bin had many rotten apples and many insects in it, with no liner to remove the invaders. Apart from the above you might like to know (or not) that we left 2 days early because my husband was unwell.

Thank you for a lovely holiday at Molly’s, even better with the hot weather we had for the whole week, we have booked 2 more dates this year and next year, there is everything in molly you will need ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely week at Molly's,its very large and a lovely wrap around enclosed garden.

Everything we needed was at hand.Its very close to the beach and Boscombe town is only 10 mins walk away,would highly recommend this place to others.

Everything was of a very high standard. Your advertisement does not do it justice. It was way above our expectations and the garden was ideal for the dogs.

TV signal wasn't brilliant at times but apart from that it was a lovely place to stay and we will be back.
