The property

This exemplary converted barn rests on a working farm in the village of Eardisland in Herefordshire.

The spacious, attractive accommodation is perfect for bringing your friends and family together with superb countryside, towns and cities nearby.

With a choice of two living areas in this wonderful barn conversion, you can either enjoy your down time together as a group whilst watching the TV with the fire to keep you warm, or you can head into the other living room, with a woodburning stove, and enjoy some time to yourself.

There is one fabulously furnished fully fitted kitchens here at Timber Barn, complete with all of the appliances you could ask for, they are perfect for preparing a delicious family feast.

All six bedrooms in the property are decorated in a homely manner, providing a comfortable environment to get your much-needed rest, three of the bedrooms benefit from convenient and stylish en-suite facilities, while two have direct Jack and Jill access to a bathroom.

There is a very large super king double bedroom with a dressing table, which has the luxury of French doors with Juliet balcony and panoramic views to Welsh hills which can be enjoyed while sitting at seats in the bedroom.

This is followed by a cosy single and then twin room, another large super king size double and a twin joined by jack and jill access to a lovely bathroom, perfect for a family room.

There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor.

There is something to do for everybody around Timber Barn, for you outdoor lovers, there are a number of National Parks and AONBs nearby, including the Shropshire and Malvern Hills which offer incredible scenery and many opportunities for walkers an cyclists.

The well known National Trail, Offa's Dyke Path, which is 177 miles long running along the England/Welsh border from Chepstow to Prestatyn, is also not far from the property, great keen walkers.

The charming market town of Ludlow is a short drive away and is a wonderful day out with its many restaurants and pubs to visit as well as Ludlow Castle.

For a day in the city, Hereford is nearby, showcasing a magnificent cathedral, museum and art gallery.

Timber Barn is a wonderful barn conversion in an excellent location for exploring Herefordshire and all that surrounds it.

Leominster 5 miles; Hereford 15.3 miles; Ludlow 16.7 miles; Hay-on-Wye 21 miles.

The beautiful village of Eardisland is set on the banks of the River Arrow and is a picturesque location for a peaceful holiday. With local pubs, tea rooms and a community store selling local produce which is set within the dovecote, this quaint village has everything you will need. A variety of birdlife can be found around the river which makes this a charming place to stay. Close by, the picturesque village of Weobley, once voted one of the top ten places to live in England, has many timber-framed buildings, and excellent facilities including a village shop, local pubs and the renowned Jules restaurant. Hay-on-Wye, the town of books, is within easy reach as are medieval Ludlow, the cathedral city of Hereford with its medieval bridge spanning the River Wye, Mappa Mundi world map and Chained Library. The magnificent Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons National Park also make a great day out. Surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside including Offa's Dyke and the Golden Valley, this is an excellent location for walking and cycling trails as well as sampling wonderful local produce at a local cheese factory, vineyard and cider farms.
