Set within striking distance of a host of thrilling sights and attractions, 9 Breakwater Way is an idyllic base for both families and friends alike to explore the delights of this beautiful island.

A handy off-road parking space greets you upon arrival to the holiday development, ideal for leaving the car and venturing off to explore the surrounding area on foot.

Dust off your sandy toes and freshen up in the cloakroom as you enter into the property, before continuing through to the open-plan living space which is beautifully designed with a light and airy décor; featuring a contemporary kitchen fit with modern amenities and a stylish breakfast bar, along with a dining table with seating for four, and a plush sitting area, inviting you to put your feet up and let the television do the entertaining before preparing some tasty treats for the group.

In the evening, head outside to watch the sun set over the horizon as you soak in the fresh sea air, sharing a bottle of wine and indulging in some long overdue quality time together with the group.

As the evening grows darker, climb the stairs where you have the choice between three bedrooms, three super-king-size rooms, one of which benefits from an en-suite shower room, all beautifully-appointed with a light and homely décor, and offering a zip/link feature for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Completing the property is the contemporary family bathroom, boasting a bath with an overhead shower, so you can enjoy a solace escape from the main area of the house with a leisurely soak, or rinse away the day.

Take the short stroll from the holiday home to the nearby Sandown beach, stretching six miles of beautiful golden sand along the picturesque coastline, and enjoy a revitalizing dip in the waters of the English Channel, or thrill-seekers can head to Bayside Beach Hire to partake in stand-up paddleboarding.

After working up an appetite, indulge in a bite to eat at the beachfront café, The Sundial, serving up delicious comfort food, and if you time it right, you might even be lucky enough to treat yourself to a cocktail during happy hour!

Browse the souvenir shops lining the esplanade for a keepsake to take home, or head to the pier and test your chances on the penny slots or battle the kids with a game of crazy golf.

Lace up your walking boots and trek the two-mile costal path from Sandown to the popular seaside resort of Shanklin, taking in the panoramic views across the stunning water as you travel along the clifftops, stopping off for an ice cream at Toppings Ice Cream Parlour before a visit to discover the heritage of the 18th century manor house, Languard Manor.

Nice accommodation.

Very new and modern. Found the accommodation very warm without any heating on a bit to warm for us. Very close to the beach and local amenities. Nice to have parking but it is a bit of a tight spot with low brick wall. If you have a larger car park with care.

Lovely property in an excellent location.

Only a short walk to the beach and shops. Beds and sofas were really comfortable. Great to have a allocated parking space. Cleanliness could have been better. We found rubbish and personal possessions from previous occupants in 2 of the bedrooms. The kitchen drawers and utensils needed cleaning. Some of the crockery was chipped and the saucepans were heavily scratched and need replacing. The TV or remote need replacing. It was very difficult to use the TV and change channels.

The property was in a fantastic location, and whilst dust was evident around the property and the barbeque needed replacing, it was a lovely property.

All the things you need in the kitchen, comfortable lounge area, nice decoration throughout. We would definitely book this again.
