Athough a little tired No.

2 is a cosy cottage well situated for local amenities with an hourly bus service passing the door. Since our last visit the bathroom has been modernised but lacks a soap dish or anywhere to put you soap/shampoo whilst showering.

On the online pictures the property looked fresh and inviting.

On arrival was surprised at the condition of the outer door which just had a latch and a hole in it. Porch had flaking paint which rubbed off on your clothes. The main door just had a bolt lock so security was lacking. On entering the property it was unclean, there were black hairs everywhere, toilet was dirty, the floor was very dirty, carpet full of dust, washing up bowl too dirty to use, work surfaces unwiped and utensils dirty. Significant build up of dust and cobwebs in areas, some furniture dated and decor stained. Smoke alarm needed batteries changing. Good location, very close to beach, play park outside, pub next door.
