One of Keswick's best kept secrets.

Heatherlea is an excellent property with lots of space and facilities. The kitchen and utility are well equipped for a large property. The property is in a great location with ample parking and just minutes walking from the center.

Just had a wonderful holiday with three friends at Heatherlea.

A lovely find! Great location to explore Keswick and the Northern Fells. The house is perfectly equipped for a comfortable holiday with plenty of space for all of us to spend time together and quiet space when needed. Managed to get to Keswick and around the district all on public transport Plenty of walks from the front door and a great choice of places to eat and drink just a short stroll away too

Heatherlea is an excellent house!

Really well equipped, spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were 3 generations of a family and it more than met all our needs. So well situated for the town, the Pencil Factory (where we were going every day) and for beautiful Fitz Park. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at Heatherleas before and will do so again.

The house is beautifully clean and well appointed with a very well equipped kitchen for cooking for large numbers. The beds are comfortable as are the sofas in the two sitting rooms. Parking is easy because of being able to park in front of the property’s side gates. The small outdoor sitting areas is a real sun trap. The owner is very responsive to requests for help as demonstrated this visit with a small plumbing issue it was resolved within the 24 hours.

This property is beautiful, and less than five minutes walk into the centre of Keswick.

It worked perfectly for us, as we visited as three couples, who all had our own en-suite or bathroom. The communication from the property owner was excellent throughout. We loved the special touches to welcome us into our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Large house over several floors.

Beds very comfortable. Showers were adequate although some in our party had issues with the temperature control. Missed having a cloakroom on ground floor but otherwise, a comfortable stay.

Almost perfect, kitchen bin liner shortage crisis late one night!

Very well placed for town and parks and very spacious and comfortable.

This being our 5th stay at this property and never fails to impress!

The accommodation had all the amenities you would need for your stay, however long you stayed! Special thanks to Tonia for the, much appreciated, communications.

A beautiful property to stay at a real home from home.

Spacious accommodation and walking distance to Keswick town centre with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. Stayed with friends for a birthday celebration and plenty of room for us all. In fact we each had our own floor with bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful views of the mountains from the front of the property. The owner kept in touch with text messages which was helpful and also left delicious scones and Prosecco. We will definitely be back very soon. Thank you.

We spent the weekend at Heatherlea to support my husband who ran the 7 valleys ultra marathon! The house had everything we needed and was the perfect place to both explore Keswick and beyond as well as rest weary bones after an ultra marathon. Also what views!!!!

Lovely well-appointed cottage, comfortable beds.

Very well organised with everything you need for a home away from home. On-street parking, but we didn’t have problems parking within a reasonable distance.

It’s a really good location for walking into Keswick. There was plenty of space for everyone. Parking could be tricky at times. It was really lovely to arrive and find homemade scones and shortbread biscuits, they were delicious. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Perfect stay in a home away from home.

The house was better than the listing described, in a perfect location with everything you could need. Hosts were 10/10. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Such an amazing place!

!! My family of 6 had a wonderful time at Heatherlea and it exceeded our expectations in the amount of space and bathrooms available. Everything was nice and clean l. The cheese scones, biscuits and Prosecco, welcome note were such thoughtful gestures. Would highly recommend

We have a had a fabulous stay in Heatherlea.

The house is lovely . Each bedroom is decorated beautifully. The kitchen facilities are great, probably one of the best we have experienced. The two lounges which is a bonus, are really comfortable too. We even got to use the outside furniture as the weather was lovely. Overall can’t fault the house.

Everything was as stated and so clean and comfortable. The weather was superb, so we spent a lot of time sitting in the garden. The lovely homemade scones and shortbread biscuits were wonderful, as was the bottle of prosecco! Thank you so much! Karen and family x

Everything was as advertised, and looked even better in person! Tonia the host was lovely and messaged before and after to make sure everything was okay. Except for a slight lack of toilet paper, all was excellent, and we would highly recommend!

The communications were great from the outset and were consistently so throughout the stay.

The accommodation was really excellent, better even than we were expecting and really suited the group that we were staying there with. I couldn't fault anything at all, we really didn't want to leave!

Heatherlea was clean and comfortable for all our family and the owners made us feel very welcome.

Plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment. Good assortment of board games. Couldn't figure out the heating instructions but used the gas fire for a couple of evenings. Great home from home for our family week away. Easy walking distance to town and loads of things to do. Wildlife park, boat trip, kayaking and hiking to name a few. Pencil museum very interesting.

Wonderful house.

Fantastic location. Great base for our family holiday. Well stocked kitchen and two lounge areas real bonus. Children loved it. Nice touch of scones and shortbread left by owner both delicious. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

This property is excellent.

It has an extremely well equipped kitchen, large dining table and a lovely courtyard space to eat out on warm evenings. The beds are all comfortable and all the bathrooms are well set out. The 2 sitting rooms have large comfortable sofas and chairs. The added bonus is parking for 2 cars in the side lane. The owner called us to let us know the property was ready ahead of 3pm and we were welcomed with home made scones and biscuits and a bottle of Prosecco. I would highly recommend this property.

A really really excellent clean and well equipped property the 2 sitting rooms and kitchen are beautiful spaces The cookies and scones left by the owners were a lovely touch.

Property was very comfortable throughout, the kitrchen was very well equipped and the view from the living room on the first floor was much appreciated.

The two parking spaces were a real bonus considering the parking in the area. The location, walking distance from all Keswick facilities was also much appreciated.

Beautiful house.

Ideal situation to walk into the centre but still a very quiet area.everything provided in the house you need for a self catering stay.

Heatherlea is situated a short walk from the town centre.

It’s very comfortable and beautifully maintain with everything you need. We could not fault it. The kitchen is superb. We had a chef in our party who thought it the perfect kitchen for a holiday break. The 4 bedrooms all with access to their own en-suites or bathroom were an excellent size and very comfortable. Both sitting rooms were spacious and the whole house tastefully presented. The small garden at the back was ideal for breakfast and for sitting out in the evening on a good day and we were blessed with beautiful weather. Parking was not a problem for 2 cars. The hosts left a lovely tin of home made scones and delicious shortbread and kept in contact before our arrival and before we left. Communication was excellent with both them and Sykes Cottages. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to book again. Many thanks to our host.

Heatherlea is a fantastic cottage in Keswick.

It is really spacious with plenty of living spaces and games and books which kept us all entertained. The views out of the first floor lounge are beautiful looking out over the fells. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped kitchens we have ever stayed in with lovely little touches of biscuits and scones which we enjoyed after coming back from walks. We would definitely return, thank you Tonia for a wonderful stay!
