With excellent rail links in the village, why not visit the internationally renowned Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve, while further afield you have Grange-Over-Sands, Ulverston or Lancaster with their shops, castles, museums and galleries.

You may even decide to arrive by rail – the property is only a 15-minute walk from the station.

Outstanding accommodation.

Spectacular views from the large picture window and the outdoor terrace. Inside it is light and spacious, but also warm and cosy. The owners are very helpful. Leanne called round on the first night to make sure we were settling in, and gave us some ideas on places to eat and to visit. Lovely walks from the cottage as well as plenty of places to visit not too far away. We would highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
