Amble through Ashton Gardens and enjoy its splendid displays of nature. Or maybe hire a rowing boat, pedalo or canoe on Fairhaven Lake to pass the time….

For those seeking a little more thrill, a 1.4 mile tram ride North from the property, will transport you to the famous seaside town of Blackpool, where amusement awaits at the Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Grosvenor Casino, or the amazing Sandcastle Water Park. Head a little further (3.3 miles) and come face to face with an array of exotic animals at the impressive Blackpool Zoo where children and adults alike will be delighted by the underwater inhabitants at SEA LIFE Blackpool. Then wind down at the famous Stanley Park, again, 3.3 miles away.

For those catching a show at Blackpool Tower, it’s a mere 3.4 mile tram ride, straight down the promenade. Relax and take in the sights of the famous Blackpool illuminations as you journey there and back.
