An excellent property in a very good location - 5 minutes walk into Ambleside but away from the noise of a busy town centre.

The facilities and equipment were all of a high standard and we were surrounded with lots of ‘creature comforts’. The property was already booked for the period we wanted next year but we would love to return again. If there was a criticism, may I suggest a privacy blind for the en-suite shower room window!!

Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation ,with lovely garden.

The location is excellent for Ambleside town centre and local walks and amenities. Short walk to a great pub, the unicorn which is a great place for food. Would definitely return.

We have been coming to The Lakes for over thirty years and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in.

Centrally located, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Secure garden for the pooch. We will definitely be returning.
