  • "A lovely property in a lovely part of a lovely town."

    The flat was immaculate and the owners are very close at hand if you do have any questions or issues. We did get lucky with the weather at times, but I don't think any weather should put you off visiting this area. The nearest pub/restaurant (Bourne Arms) was closed during our stay, in the throes of changing hands, I think. We did go to the next-nearest, The Shovels and The Elletson Arms, each less than 10 minutes up or down the A588 and both very nice indeed.

  • "The flat was first class and had a perfect view of the bay."

    There were fans in the bedrooms and a cool air blower in the living room which was a welcome relief during the hot weather. The welcome pack provided was one of the best we have had. The host who lives in the flat above greeted us while we there and said if there were any problems to not hesitate and call them. A true friendly northern welcome. I would not hesitate to book this accommodation again.

  • "A real little gem!"

    ! A stunning and well equipped apartment that was spotlessly clean and with beautiful decor. Located in a quiet area, it offers uninterrupted views accross Morecambe Bay and all ground floor so ideal for visiting with my elderly parents. Allocated parking and within easy walking distance of shops and passenger ferry to Fleetwood. Owners are great and nearby to help if needed. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

  • "What a lovely apartment !"

    Andy and Julie have thought about everything you need when away from home and provided it. The scenery from the bay windows are fantastic and although our weather wasn't perfect we spent a long time sitting watching the sea, clouds and light giving us different pictures. We all said it was a shame we couldn't paint. Will definitely be booking again. Carole Keith and Val

  • "This is a wonderful flat to stay in."

    Not only do you have sea views all the time but the flat itself is beautifully kept with everything you should need. The owners have thought of everything. They live close by and should you have any queries or need any advice, they're willing to help without at all being intrusive. We had a super week. Thank you to Sykes and to Andy and Julie. We're very likely to come here again.

  • "We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay in Flat One."

    As soon as we stepped through the front door it was most welcoming.Everything was beautifully furnished and very clean and tidy yet we could make ourselves ‘at home’.A lovely Welcome pack was waiting for us too. A very good quiet spot.We spent hours watching the tide come and go.We also enjoyed watching the ships and ferries coming and going from and to Heysham. A mention for our hosts-as documented by others very approachable and there if you want them.So invested in caring for their apartments and without being intrusive want you to enjoy and get the most from your stay.     Andy and Julie proved to be very welcoming and friendly hosts and it was very reassuring to know they were in the flat above. Not that there was any reason to call on them. We would gladly return to this delightful place with such stunning views.

  • "This was a beautiful seaside apartment."

    Immaculate with tasteful decor and fabulous views across the bay. The owners had provided everything needed for a comfortable stay and were on hand to provide tips about the area. Good bakery, butcher and fishmonger a few minutes walk away. Excellent area for walking and birdwatchers. I would also recommend the little ferry over to Fleetwood - well worth the trip. A lovely relaxing break we will happily return to.

Flat 1 Sandridge Court is a beachfront, ground-floor apartment resting right on the Promenade at Knott End-on-Sea.

Boasting spectacular seaside views, this property makes a lovely hideaway for a family or two couples looking to explore the coast.

Access the Apartment/Flat via its own entrance door, marvelling at the beautiful views of the beach, with the mountains beyond, and make yourself at home in a tastefully furnished apartment/flat.

Freshen up in the bathroom with a warm shower, before settling into one of the well-presented bedrooms, choosing between a king-size and a double.

Knott-End-on-Sea is a delightful coastal village, and within walking distance of the property, you will find a footpath, a shop, and a pub, as well as a beautiful beach and local golf course.

Head over to Fleetwood for another lovely beach, a local museum where you can learn about the history and heritage of the area, and Fleetwood Marsh Nature Reserve, ideal for birdwatching.

From here, visit the bustling seaside town of Blackpool, where there is a zoo, museum, well-known pier, and amusements, and there is also a fantastic selection of rides for an adrenaline-filled afternoon.

To spend the day in the countryside, hiking and enjoying the fresh air, head over to the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, for walks such as Hawthornthwaite Fell, The Arbour and White Hill, and beyond this, the Lake District National Park.
