Jasmine Cottage

This is our second stay and we have again enjoyed our break in this small but perfectly setout property.

It is in a perfect position for walking to the park, the beach and into St Annes. When we stayed in this property previously, during cold weather, the efficient heating was a real bonus. This time we stayed during a heatwave, when the property stayed nice and cool!

Enjoyed our week in this lovely little cottage.

Beautifully clean , everything in the kitchen we needed , comfy bed , great high powered shower and the location was central so we could walk to the beach , shops and the park where we enjoyed listening to the band on the Sunday.

Enjoyed our stay but on entering you could see the floors were not brushed never mind moped.

Could not find a mop. The shelves in the bathroom were dirty and have not been cleaned for some time. Parking left a lot to be desired and gave up going round to the back in the alley to park. There needs to be a reserved sign for Jasmine cottage only erected at the front.t Of the main house. Found this an excellent spot for convience and was close to everything.

It could have done with a roasting tin for the oven.

Also more mugs as there is a dishwasher but not enough mugs to make the dishwasher more effective

So pleased to return to this perfect home from home once again, perfect in every way for Rita & I along with our furball Mitze , so close to such a great town & beach + all the amenities it offers.

Just adore st Anne’s on sea. Hannah & John were on hand should we have needed them but as all was on point , we had no need to trouble them. Will definitely be returning again for all those home comforts, most definitely the place to stay In the Blackpool area Once again thanks for the great memories

The cottage is a little gem in a fabulous location.

Well equipped, spotlessly clean & comfortable. Great communication with the owner from start to finish. We couldnt fault the accomodation & would highly recommend! The location is perfect. A stunning park literally next door to the property. The beach is beautiful & just a few minutes walk. The high street & supermarkets are also on the doorstep. The property is dog friendly with a nice enclosed courtyard. We had a lovely week & hope to return in the future. Jan, John & Duncan (the happy Spaniel) xx

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend.

I'd happily return and visit again. Huge thank you to the host for making this such a pleasant stay.

Nice bungalow has everything we needed,ie washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer etc.

The only complaint we had was the smell of damp and mold from the bathroom.Hannah and her sister were very helpful when we had a problem with the cooker.Overall we had a good stay.

The cottage was really comfortable and surprisingly spacious .

It’s of a really high standard and I can’t think of a single thing I would change . The enclosed garden was the finishing touch as our small dig dies like to explore on her own given the chance! . Location superb with a very short walk to the fabulous beach and even closer to the park . All amenities within 5 minutes, so you don’t really need a car. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation throughout.

Central for shops public house sea front and bus stop.We were fortunate to able to park off the main road. Will certainly return.

Lovely property, central to amenaties.

Within walking distance to beach, shops and wonderful park.

It's very difficult to find when driving as the bungalow is at the back of a house could do with the house number being visible from the road.

At night when it's dark it's difficult to see where you're walking as there are no lights heading to the bungalow. The inside was really nice but the sofa needs updating the leather is rubbing off. Had everything you needed. Plenty of towels. Toiletries provided was good and had hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Bed was really comfortable, pillows comfy and quilt was lovely and warm. Plenty of wardrobe space. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Lack of a welcome pack. The information pack provided was a really great idea and we were able to find all the dog friendly places to visit. The enclosed yard was nice for the dog. Would stay again as it's got everything we want and an easy drive into Blackpool. If you don't fancy driving bus stop is within walking distance.

Perfect stay for two and their dog.

Jasmine cottage had everything we needed. It has a private enclosed courtyard so able to let our dog out safely and securely.A five minute walk to the sand dunes and beach.Five minutes in the opposite direction and you are in the town with a good selection of cafes/ restaurants and shops.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Had an excellent stay, the cottage was as described and in a convenient location for walking to the beach, park or the town centre, good communication with the owners, we'd definitely book again in the future.

Delightful cottage, tastefully decorated and furnished and very well equipped.

Ideally situated for easy access to the beach and local shops. Lovely park on doorstep and on direct bus route to Blackpool. Train station is close by. Cottage is tucked away behind row of larger properties and therefore is very quiet and private. Ideal for a quiet getaway but with all amenities close by.

The property was both well maintained clean and well stocked with all things needed for our holiday.

all shops are within walking distance as well as Ashton gardens and the seafront.also thanks to the owner for a reasonable week's hire fee.

This.

Cottage is excellent and well kitted out. It is very comfortable and spacious. However my wife has mobility issues and the approaches from the parking proved a problem. The few steps did not have a hand rail, the path around the main building to the cottage was uneven and unlit. As it is it is excellent accommodation if you have no mobility issues. Although the owner did everything he could to help.

Lovely well equipped cottage with private courtyard , near all the amenities nearby , also owners living nearby helpful too .

We loved our stay at Jasmine Cottage, it was exactly the location and facilities we wanted.

Very modern and clean and not cluttered with unnecessary stuff which can sometimes happen in airbandbs (loved the full wall mural). Great to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The hosts were very accommodating. No negatives just lovedi it all.

Excellent location a few minutes walk to the beach, beautiful park and shops.

Very clean with all amenities needed to make your holiday a home from home. The owners were extremely helpful and very, very pleasant Thank you both for making our holiday so special we hope to see you again

This is our second stay this time two weeks and again we had a great stay with our little dog we love how everything is locally hard to go home thanks John for been a great host with extra towels the beach is so close our dog is blind but loves the beach so many good places to eat and shop we hope to be back next year as we miss the park with beautiful flowers John Theresa a mitiz

A very nice clean compact bungalow.

It is situated off a main road at the back of a large house. The parking at the front of the house can be tricky at times and if you don't pack lightly you have to go up three steps and down a passage way and through the yard belonging to the house to get to your bungalow. Because of where it is situated you don't have much of a view but the cottage is nice and is very close to the beach, a park and shops.

Jasmine Cottage proved to be the best accommodation we have had.

We can only sing its praises on every aspect of the qualities required for holiday accommodation. It's proximity to the beautiful Ashton Gardens was a double bonus and our little dog, Archie, was well suited. Would love to book again. Thank you Mr. John Grady.

A lovely little bungalow, brilliantly situated for the beach, a lovely park, town, shops and supermarkets.

Private, peaceful and immaculately clean. It has a small, secure garden which was perfect for our dog. I’d love to stay here again.

We found the cottage to be perfect for our needs .

Cosy , Can't really fault it in any way it had everything we needed. Great park nearby for our dog Bella, Couple of minutes away. Sea front about 5 minutes away. Nearest shop Aldi about 4 minutes walk away and around corner many other shops. We had great week .Hoping to come back soon.

An enjoyable week with everything at the accommodation as expected and so close to St.

Annes centre & beach and lots of areas to take my dog for walks.

Nice cottage comfortable and clean and very near to the beach and shops.

We have been before and will be going again. Perfect for a short break.

Lovely Victorian terrace with Jasmine Cottage at the back in what was presumably the stables.

Right next to the park and in very attractive and convenient part of St. Annes. Easy parking and very comfortable, cosy and modern accommodation. Lots of places to eat near by and M&S foodhall and Aldi two minutes walk. Beach and buses also 2 mins. Great place and highly recommended. We never actually met the owner but he was always available by text if we had any queries.

Really lovely place, beautifully maintained, well located.

just home from a short break from this lovely cottage situated just off the main st annes ti blackpool road.

cottage was spotless and equipted. with all good quality furnishings .The bonus is the siting as it is 50yds from the beach, 50 yds from the park and 5mins from shopping and restaurants.A little gem.booking for a full week next year. Many thanks to John the owner who was on hand to assist in any way although we had no problems. Alan & Sandra

The Cottage was really lovely, modern and clean.

Communication with John was first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you John

This was the second time we booked Jasmine cottage as we had such a good experience last year ,and found everything just as good this year ,we have recommend the property to our family

Jasmine cottage was a delight.

All just as described.Very close to the shops , beach and amenities. Next door to Ashton Gardens which delighted our small dog! Property owner even took our suggestion on board as to additional hand rail to provide assistance in accessing the shower which was over the bath. Would certainly recommend this cottage .Certain to return in the future.

Jasmine cottage is a delightful property, in an excellent location in St.

Annes. Although on a main road it was very quiet as its set at the back of a four storey house. Parking arrangements were on the front forecourt. The bed was very comfortable and there was adequate drawers/wardrobe space The living room/diner was nicely decorated with a large comfy 3 settee couch, small table for dining and the property very clean. The kitchen was galley style off the living room and was well equipped. The bathroom was as described and clean and plenty of towels were provided The property is very close to Ashton park which for us was a bonus. We met the owner who was welcoming and showed us around the property on arrival, We would most certainly like to return as our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

We had such a great holiday we want to not go home everything around us was great shops park beach we are coming back next year

Another excellent stay at this wonderful cottage, ideal for a couple and their best friend (Dog).

Private off road parking - space reserved for your car. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Less than 1 minute walk to the park. Sainsbury and Aldi just 2 minutes walk for all food shopping needs. Lytham St Annes town centre 5 minutes walk for bars and Restaurants. Bus route for Blackpool / Lytham on the main road main bus for either destination numbers 11- 11a - 68 and 1a to Cleveleys. Anyone thinking of booking this wondefull little cottage don`t delay, it gets booked up very fast . My wife and i will be booking again to this very comfortable and private cottage. John the owner is such a lovely person and is only to happy to help if needed.

The bungalow was great with every thing you need, the landlord John was really really nice bloke and very helpful, would certainly go back.

Had a lovely stay in Jasmine Cottage.

Inmaculate very clean and modern. Plus point was being so close to Ashton Park, beach and shops. No need to use the car as such good walks on our door step. Although it was stated that there is a parking space it was not ideal for a bigger car. However it was no problem to park on the road.

Nice well equipped cottage.

Very convenient for St Annes centre Only things missing were a coat rack and a shoe rack. With those you could keep the entrance area much tidier! Nice little break!

Lovely warm welcoming cosy cottage , couldn’t of asked for better accommodation for me my husband and little dog , would highly recommend , everything on your doorstep within walking distance , lovely owners nothing too much bother if you need anything , thank you John for a wonderful stay.

Very modern well appointed apartment.

Close to shops and beach and coffee shops very enjoyable week away Graham and debbie

A beautiful cottage on the doorstep of St Ann's town and shops.

The only thing I could fault is there is no hand rail to get in and out of the bath when showering. A must for the elderly.!

A lovely comfortable cottage in a good location.

The welcome bottle of fizz and biscuits was an added bonus as was the Christmas tree. We had a very enjoyable stay and will certainly recommend. Maybe providing a few tea bags, sugar and milk on arival might be a thought for the future as we have been used to finding these in previous cottages.

So happy at Jasmine Cottage.

Just as described and more! A lovely cosy and comforting cottage to return to at the end of a trip out and about. John the host very helpful and welcoming. You should sleep well at the cottage -so quiet and peaceful. Must mention the special decoration of a Christmas tree and foliage.A most welcome gesture. We do hope to return sometime to Jasmine Cottage.

An ideal couples bolthole, close to the centre of St Annes but extremely quiet.

The owners live next door but don't get in your hair, unless you need them. Very well equipped, though most people there on holiday won't use a full size dishwasher or washer dryer. Walking distance (200m) to St Annes Square shops, with Aldi being 150 metres away with M&S food 250. Multiple bus routes to Blackpool and beyond run past the property.

A lovely peaceful place to stay so comfortable.

Shops and eateries round the corner, dog friendly, would definitely stay again .

Beautiful property excellent finish and very tasteful contents right down to the bed linen and fluffy towels and Bath robes.

Parking space provided on site. My wife and I are so impressed with Jasmine cottage we have booked again for next year... Jasmine cottage is an excellent position, 5 minutes walk to the beach and St Annes pier,on the bus route for Lytham and,Blackpool or even Preston, if taking your dog, Ashton Park is virtually next door, marks and spencer 7 minutes walk with Costa next door to M&S. Lots to do is St Annes, great pubs and cafés with good food, make Jasmine cottage tour number 1 ,home from home..

Just returned from midweek break.

Quiet location with short walk to beach, shops, park and bus stop. Spotless and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Owner welcoming. Can't wait to return. Thank you.

Had a wonderful time with my dog.

Beach, shops, park just a few minutes away. Jasmine Cottage was perfect and I will definitely be back.

Cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated.

A lot of thought has gone into how it is presented. It provided everything needed for our stay, and had a lovely private outdoor space which was also completely safe for our dog. Owner was friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Linda.

Jasmine Cottage is well-equipped and hi-spec and tastefully furnished and decorated.

There is a pleasant, patio garden and, situated in the rear of the owner’s home, it is private and extremely quiet. Being a stone’s throw away from the sea, good quality stores and amenities Jasmine Cottage is an ideal place to stay.

Property furnished like a new place and very good local amenities.

Park and beech a minute or two away (literally) and shops and pubs on the other side of a beautiful park. Well secured area for my escapologist dog and very peaceful cottage as it's set back from the main road. All things considered, would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Jasmine cottage was very clean and modern and was a short easy walk to the beach and the shops, it had a private and secure garden for the dog and had off road parking.

The cottage was exactly as shown in the description & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed break .

The owner John lives on site & is was always available should a problem arise.

Well located cottage and a lovely place to stay with friendly and helpful owners.

Would highly recommend.

This property was better than listed ,it was very modern, very clean and comfortable ,the facilities for cooking etc were excellent and all other facilities were of an excellent standard.

This was the best property we have stayed in it was like home from home. John the owner was a brilliant ,helpful host. You cannot go wrong with this property.

Lovely cottage, quiet location, super clean.

Ideally positioned for access to St Anne's, Lytham and Blackpool. John is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

All that was written about Jasmin cottage was totally correct a tribute to its owners and Sykes.

John and Sandra the owners, went out of there way to make our holiday comfortable and enjoyable. Our thanks to all.

Just left after a 5 night stay.

Can not praise our hosts enough as they went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The cottage feels and looks like a home not just a holiday rental. Thank you for a wondeful time and we will certainly book again.

Jasmine Cottage is one of the best holiday properties I have stayed in.

The facilities are second to none, and the use of space is fantastic. All home comforts are provided, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. Jasmine Cottage is a stones throw to the beautiful Ashton Gardens, the well served Town Center and Beach. And to top this all off the hosts Sandra and John are the most wonderful people I have ever met. Nothing is too much trouble, and they will go out of their way to make your stay 5 star. One of the very best holidays I have had. Thank you Sandra and John, and I hope to revisit very soon.
