Lovely property in a quiet village setting.

Owners were fabulous and very helpful and accommodating. Internet was very hit and miss (more miss than hit), across our stay causing issues for some of our party due to Neurodiversity and coping mechanisms they use, so they ended up not staying and returned home. The property was very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Other downside was that the courtyard was not enclosed, so we couldn't just open doors to let our pooch out. This being said, I would still reccomend this place as you are well situated for both the lake district and Yorkshire dales

This was our third time staying at Springarth Cottage and it never disappoints.

We love the location, so peaceful and relaxing, a lovely retreat. It's in a quieter location from the busier tourist spots in the Lake District, but close enough to reach all the main attractions should you wish. There was everything we needed at the property and the owner is very helpful and deals with any queries promptly. Just one thing, it would be more comfortable if the two living room chairs could be put where the large two seater settee is (the one furthest away from the patio doors). It is not as comfortable as it was. Having said that, we will definitely return again. Thank you.

Great place to be close to many attractions and walks in the area.

Owner very friendly and helpful. The only thing we would have liked was a hand towel to go with the bath towel
