We really enjoyed our stay here.

It’s a super-unique accommodation where rustic charm meets modern style. The location just outside Ulverston is great, with local amenities close by, while still being a short drive into the Lake District. The accommodation has a lovely character and is a great base for exploring the area. The owners, Gerry and Colleen, are nearby if needed but are completely unobtrusive, giving you privacy while still being available should you need anything. One small suggestion would be to add a coffee machine, which would be a great addition. Thank you, Gerry and Colleen, for a lovely stay — we really enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

This cottage is in a great position as one can walk from the front door into lovely countryside or down to the vibrant town of Ulverston.

We were very impressed with the overall layout of the cottage, well equipped in every way and very dog friendly.
