We stayed for seven nights and wished it had been more.

It's an excellent self catering apartment from arrival to leaving. Private and safe parking. A secure point of entry with a double lock inside. Spotlessly clean, fresh and well equipped. Sinfully comfortable bed. Strong easy to use shower. The owners are easy to communicate with and encourage feedback. Five

Our 3rd visit and the accommodation was fine.

However the car park really needs a tidy up.An hour with a brush and shovel would do the trick.

We came for one week's stay, and enjoyed ourselves.

There was plenty of places to visit around Lytham. The apartment was clean, cosy and welcome pack much appreciated. We found the stairs rather steep though and thought a handrail on other wall would have been handy. We are in our 70's and our knees and legs ached a lot.

Very happy with the holiday and the accommodation.

The only criticism is the claim that the property is 'a stones throw' from the town. Nobody could throw a stone that far and a car journey was needed every day.

Good quiet location but just a few minutes from the town centre and Ribble estuary. Comfy and clean, although did have to clean the washing machine before use but overall excellent. Helpful owners. Thank you for a good holiday.

This is a lovely apartment, of good size, well maintained, well equipped with a large smart TV in the lounge and another one of matching size in the bedroom.

It is ideally placed in a pleasant quiet loquation witihn 10-15 minutes of the beautiful Lytham Town Centre.

This is our second visit to this beautiful apartment.

The only thing letting it down was there was no contact number for the owner to report any problems ( for all the years booking with sykes this is the only time we have experienced this. The top stair is coming away and considered dangerous, but unable to notify anyone. Also feel as a lock on the door of the apartment would be appreciated. Lock on front door not enough

The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped.

We slept well in the comfortable bed.The blue tooth speaker was remarkably good,i must get one!Although the Booths supermarket was nearby we found it to be quite expensive.The food in the Fairhaven pub was good.Yes we had an enjoyable break.

The perfect base for exploring Lytham and local towns and coastline.

Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and very comfortable.

We found the accommodation very much to our liking very bright and clean living area with all necessary equipment in good condition, we walked into Lytham in just seven minutes we do walk quite quickly but obviously it is not far out at all the allocated parking space was fine and the welcome pack and text from the owners saying to not hesitate to contact them should we need anything was appreciated.

All in all we found it ideal for a couple to stay.

This beautiful apartment has everything for a wonderful holiday.

It is peaceful and quiet but near enough to Lytham and Blackpool if you wish to have a more lively time. There is an excellent bus service to Blackpool and surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this apartment

Me and my partner enjoyed the lovely holiday and going on walks, the shops were close, the beach and hall was wonderful. Cannot wait to come again!

Excellent flat and just what I wanted for a couple of nights.

Very clean with great facilities, I particularly liked the small touches of having phone charging cables in the bedroom. Good quiet location and a 10 minute walk into town. I would highly recommend this place.

Lytham is an amazing place. The owners thought of everything. Amazing attention to detail and even provided phone chargers at both sides of bed. Storage space, cleanliness, lighting, comfort ten out of ten. Short walk to Lytham and fabulous eateries and shopping. Really appreciated Welcome pack. .Just re booked for 7 day break next year and can't wait.

A wonderfull stay,location is perfect,TV,s x 2 full smart tvs a good size as well, very close to a large shopping area, boothes supermarket a 10 minute walk .

The amazing thing is on the 8th 9th 10th of August the weather was hot and the accomodation remained cool it was wonderfull! I highly recommend this accomodation 5 stars. Parking was easy and free, queit and relaxing.

A lovely apartment, providing a touch of luxury in Lytham.

The first thing I normally do is go round cleaning when I arrive at a holiday let. No need to here though, it was absolutely spotless and had a bright and airy feel. A generous welcome pack greeted us too. The heating was easy to control, the bedding was excellent quality. The owners had left an A4 list easy to read list of useful information such as Wi-Fi code, and on the other side was simple and clear information on how to operate appliances (whey don’t all self catering places do this?). The smart TVs were a bonus and we were able to log in and watch NOW TV and Amazon Prime as well as the usual channels. There was great communication from the owners too. The apartment was around 10-15 minute stroll from the centre of Lytham and there was a bus stop at the end of the road that went into Blackpool. All in all a lovely place to stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This was just the right place for our requirements, easy walk into town, quiet and 'out of the way', we enjoyed our stay thank you.

The apartment and parking were first class and we were delighted it met our expectations.

The area was nice and quiet and only a 10 minute walk into town. Eating out places we visited were all good and well controlled regarding COVID transmission. St Annes nearby has a lovely beach and shopping in Lytham centre is very good. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and well presented.
