Sea La Vie

We had our second stay at Sea le vie and again had the best time.

The house is beautiful and the view from upstairs is stunning. We sat and watched the eclipse from the balcony. There is everything you need to make it a home from home and you can relax and enjoy all the local amenities as it is so close to the beach and short stroll along the front to the pier and shops. Its nice and peaceful at night times so if the weather is good then sitting out on the balcony and watching the sun set over the beach is the best way to end the day. The house is perfect for all as it has bedrooms downstairs as well as kitchen and dining and living area. Upstairs there is a living room along with a small kitchen area and a bedroom with en suite. It is open plan up stairs so perfect for grown ups to have their own space. There was bread, milk, marg, jams and tea and coffee put in for us as a welcome which was very appreciated. We will definitely be booking again and highly recommend staying here for a perfect holiday. See you soon Sea le vie.

Sea La Vie in Lytham St Anne’s is a lovely spacious house which was much appreciated in the heatwave (the fans were very welcome).

A few minutes up Fairhaven Road was an excellent chippy and across the road from that a great sandwich shop which made to order at very reasonable prices. The beach cafe across the promenade sold delicious ice cream. All in all a very enjoyable holiday

We’ve had three great family holidays at SLV and always enjoyed the experience.

Unfortunately, this will be our last trip to SLV as my ageing knees now prevent me from climbing the stairs to the upstairs lounge area with its great views across the Ribble to Southport and into the Irish Sea. I will miss it greatly.

We had a wonderful stay.

The house is beautifully presented, very well equipped, and felt instantly welcoming. The bedrooms can get warm at times, but the hosts have thoughtfully provided fans which helped a lot.The balcony views are superb, a lovely spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location is ideal: just a short stroll to the beach and into Lytham St Anne’s centre, where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The secure garden was perfect for our dog, who settled in straight away. Visiting LSA has always been on my list, so we chose this house for my milestone birthday celebrations with family, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It truly made the whole weekend special.

An amazing weeks stay at Sea La Vie.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, spotless and comfortable. The welcome gifts were also very well received and we had great communication with Nic the owner throughout our stay. The upstairs lounge that opens up onto the balcony is stunning and offers great views of the estuary. We were fortunate to have glorious weather, so were able to sit out and enjoy the view. We cannot wait to return.

This is a luxury holiday house set by the sea in St Anne's.

Lytham centre is just a short drive away. It is a spacious and spectacular place to enjoy the delights of this coast. In a property with multiple rooms a highlight is the large upstairs balcony which looks out onto the Ribble estuary and affords an amazing spot to soak up the sun and watch the day go by. There is a huge parking area on the property. Local shops are in close walking distance. Nearby are many eating places to suit all tastes and budgets. The owners have gone to a huge amount of trouble to prepare this property for a comfortable and luxurious stay. It is quite apparent from their welcome and care that they are dedicated to provide an unforgettable holiday experience. Highly recommended.

This is a first rate property ideally situated on the seafront at St Anne’s.

There’s plants of parking and it’s only a leisurely 15 minute stroll along the promenade to the pier, shops, pubs and restaurants. The upstairs room and balcony are an ideal spot for the sea views and people watching. Lytham is only a five minute drive away with a rich variety of shops and restaurants. We had another lovely holiday at Sea la Vie.

It has everything we need and in an excellent location. Only comment is that I would remove the futon as it looks tired compared to the lovely furnishings throughout. Great holiday, thank you

This property was absolutely beautiful.

The view from the up stairs balcony in amazing. The house has everything you need, and all the facilities to make it a home from home. There's a informative folder that explains everything about how to use appliances, tv, etc. The outside space is vast and also has the views when sat in the evening..we spent evenings on the balcony, which has plenty of seating. Sea le vie is clean and modern in side, and we loved our stay. There are a couple of board games for children and bucket and spades in case you forget your own. But with the beach right across the road, it was perfect for us. We will definitely be staying again and looking to book for next year.

We have just arrived back from our holiday at Sea La Vie.

We had a great stay in St Anne's and this fabulous house was a great base! It is near family staying just around the corner, just a short walk from the town centre and the beach just over the road! The renovations make it light and airy and very comfortable to stay in! We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year! Although the kitchen is very well equipped, we found that there were not enough tea spoons so we purchased some and left them (you can never have too many

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie.

The location was ideal with a 10-15 minute walk on the promenade to the centre of Lytham St Anne’s. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture and was much appreciated. The property was well equipped, very clean (one of the cleanest we have stayed in) with plenty of facilities that suited our needs. Would highly recommend.

Well placed property with very good views.

Could do with some more cutlery and plates especially when 6 are in cottage. TV in kitchen is very hard to work could do with attaching to an ariel as it does not always pick up wifi.

A modern attractive looking house with great views.

Found some parts of the property a little on chilly side especially the downstairs hallway and bathroom. Was disappointed that although pictures show you a large bath there are no taps to fill it. There is a shower there but to try and fill the bath would be an impossible task as after a few minutes the water runs cold. We tried to contact owner about this but we didn’t get any response. We enjoy a hot bath and usually only book properties that offer this. Not really ideal having to contact owner if you require the heating to be turned up. St Anne’s itself is a lovely town with lots of cafes and shops and would recommend.

it worked really well for our party as two of them struggled with stairs so could stay downstairs. The owner Nic was lovely helping us quickly when we struggled with the hot water and sending on things which had been left in error...thanks so much Nic! The only thing that would have made it even better would be to have had more kitchen utensils, pans, plates and knives and forks as we ended up needing to wash up after every meal rather than being able to use the dishwasher as it would have been a waste of water and engery to put it on twice a day. Saying that...would go back tomorrow, but would just take a few pans and utensils...5/5!

Unable to change the heating without contacting the owner.

If it’s too cold you may want to boost the temperature for half an hour or you may want to put the heating off if it gets too hot.

Fabulous stay at Sea La Vie.

It’s in a stunning location and the property is a jewel in the crown amongst the high rise buildings on the promenade. The set up is perfect for mutli generation families and the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating, thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back

We had a fabulous week at Sea La Vie in St Annes.

The house is beautiful, incredibly spacious and in a lovely position. I loved sitting on the sunny balcony enjoying the view.

Sea la vie was a fantastic property - it is a beautiful, spacious house in a great location.

The house was so big and worked for the three generations we had - two children (3 and 1 year old) and a teenager. It gave us the space and time we needed. The views from the upstairs balcony were amazing. The welcome gifts were very generous as well. It does need some more seating upstairs as there is only one couch and there was nowhere to comfortably sit all 7 of us together. It could perhaps have thicker curtains in the downstairs lounge as we used this area as a bedroom. It was a fantastic stay and look forward to visiting again soon!

Huge disappointment.

The property smelt badly of damp and mustiness mainly due to internal windows opening on to a blocked off conservatory, which was filled with junk. We also had to re-wash a few of the towels as they smelt too. Whilst the property is well maintained, not all areas were thoroughly cleaned - build up of dust on skirting boards etc. Sadly our main issue was the functionality of the lay out. As we were unable to open the internal downstairs bedroom window due to the awful smell, the bedroom was unusable. We had to move mattresses upstairs and slept in the lounge. On the positives - this house is in a fantastic location, has plenty of parking, and the views from the balconies are some of the best in the entire area.

Fantastic location right by the beach. Great to sit on the balcony with a terrific sea view. We had great day trips to Blackpool tower and water park but mostly just to the beach and the front.

Sea La Vie is a very comfortable, cosy, beautifully renovated and decorated holiday home from home.

All creature comforts have been thought of by the very friendly and accommodating owner Nic. Very warm, owner keeps it at a very good temperature and was happy to increase it a bit when temperature dropped on first night (outside ). We had a really good weekend stay. Very well equipped large spacious kitchen and comfortable dining/living area. Liked the flat screen, there’s several throughout house to accommodate all the guests. The upper gallery living room is stunning and great for amazing sunset/rise views. Double en-suite and kitchenette is well thought out. Lovely big walk in shower which was good for anyone who finds climbing in and out of a shower over bath. We all enjoyed our rooms and stay. Will definitely book again. Great location right on St Anne’s on Sea front. Good amenities close by, The Beach Cafe and Lytham restaurants. Lots of places of interest to visit, like George Fornby’s house. Great shops in Lytham too. Thank you Sea La Vie, Nic.

The hosts were lovely and easy to contact.

Little details like leaving essentials, a card and wine were really lovely. The heating is weird how the times are already set and we were cold at times. I did reach out to the hosts and they resolved it for that evening but I felt like I needed it again the next afternoon but didn’t want to reach out again. This didn’t detract from the gorgeous property and views . . Couldn’t knock the location. The upstairs living areas are really comfortable and plush but downstairs are a bit dated and uncomfortable . . . Maybe something to think about in the future. All in all a lovely property , great hosts, , fantastic views and location . . . We will definitely be back !

Exactly what a great holiday let should be - great location, excellent views, clean, super welcome, all new or recent fittings/appliances etc, feels nice and fresh. Perfect layout for a our 4 person family with 2 very young kids and the Grandfolks in the upstairs bedroom. Will definitely be going back if we can get a booking in - can see this place being very popular. 5 stars every time.
