The property was beautiful and very elegant however customer service was just awful.

We paid the £1500 deposit in full before arrival. Upon arrival the rubbish bins had not been emptied and were full. All rubbish from our stay was bagged up and placed next to the bins. The bags had been ripped open by animals after we had left the property which was out of our control. We got a charge for not putting rubbish in the bins. They charged over £300 for a deep clean of the hot tub which I would expect to be done before new guests arrived with accommodation for up to 16 people! For hygiene and infection prevention.During our stay some of the straps on the hottub cover had broken so a charge for that also which we said we would take full responsibility for as they were all in tact on arrival. And we were charged for a chair leg that had come loose (not broken or snapped) In total they took £1116 from our deposit. I emailed the company three times and sent two messages via WhatsApp with no reply absolutely Appaualing customer service. The house was left absolutely spotless as it looked when we arrived. So would love to know what we have been charged for as you can get replacement heavy duty hottub straps for £20. The whole experience has been very upsetting and stressful and would definitely not recommend booking or dealing with this accommodation..
