Ashness is a perfectly lovely property and credit to Adrian and Susan on their style and decor.

We had a fantastic few days here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashness as the perfect stay for those seeking peace and tranquility. We (2 adults and a labrador) found the property to be very spacious and perfect to relax in after a day's exploration of the lakes. We only wished we could have stayed longer in this lovely property. Back soon hopefully

Spacious rooms, lovely cozy living room with log burner, very responsive hosts, well equipped kitchen, well placed in the Lakes for exploring, friendly people in the village and pub.

Slight damp in the bedroom but it's being tackled with a dehumidifier which is appreciated. Radio and books appreciated for a cozy relaxing stay.
