What guests are saying
Low Bank is beautifully kitted out with comfortable chairs etc.
We did struggle with the kitchen appliances at times as everything was digital! As a pet owner it would have been helpful to know that the property did not have access to a secure garden, but it did mean that we discovered much of Austwick that might have gone unnoticed! Thankyou for a lovely stay.
A lovely.
detached bungalow in a beautiful village, a great pub and small shop which sold almost everything, the cottage is situated directly across from the Church of Epiphany, really beautiful and in the ground was a book shed, I bought 2 books, i would say the cottageis 4 stars/ ticks and not 5, notices ask you to clean up before you leave which we did, in fact i think it was cleaner when left, the person responsible for cleaning need to at least leave one dish cloth to enable kitchen benches to be cleaned, i have never stayed anywhere where no cleaning cloths, dusters, sprays etc were not provided, no litter bins in any bedroom or living room, no shower slip mat and the opening to the shower the narrowest i have ever encountered, it however would not put me off going back but I do think items mentioned should be supplied snd attended to, maybe the cleaner does not get enough time to do a proper clean but there was a bit of dust and debris which had not seen cleaning for a while, the beds were very comfortable as were the two sofas and I loved the induction hob
One of the nicest rents we have ever had.
Very clean and beautifully equipped. it is set in a little cul de sac with views of the local church. Although near the road it was very peaceful. We would book again. Theresa and John Poulter
