Well-positioned to explore the delights of North Yorkshire and paces away from a host of local amenities, the cottage offers four guests a homely dwelling, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a private garden with access to a free-flowing stream, and inviting sitting room.

Starting off your getaway in the kitchen/diner, housing all expected appliances to ease your self-catered stay; benefit from a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, handy for family breaks.

Further attractions in the area include White Scar Cave, Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, and Ribblehead Viaduct, all breath-taking in their own rights, before venturing south towards Scaleber Force Waterfall, and Malham Cove, also recommended for outdoor enthusiasts.

Perfect place to base yourselves for walking Pen-y-ghent or taking on the challange of all 3 Yorkshire peaks.

Cottage had everything we needed and more, comfy, clean and well stocked with basics. We made use of the garden to relax in the day but especially enjoyed the meteor shower and even spotting the milky way galaxy. Only downside is the occasional road noise from wagons presumably going to and from the quarry.

Comfortable cosy cottage for the two of us, with good drying facilities for wet walkers!

Well equipped and nicely maintained. Great location for the three peaks. Would definitely recommend it.

We had such a beautiful stay at this cottage.

I love staying in Sykes cottages as I find them much cleaner than other providers. The views are beautiful, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Comfy beds and a beautiful fire with plenty of wood.
