Was a nice property.

Untill we come home and tell us that we damaged the chair which was damaged on arrival and charged us £250 for something we hadn't done.The chair had just wear and tear .it was something that had been there for a while . We could not have done that in 4 days. It was months of wear.. Skyes should never had let this happen. The owner was just out to make some more money from us .We will never book with Skyes again.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish, nothing bad we could say about the accommodation.

Perfect for our dog with the enclosed garden. We will be back for sure! Massive thanks to the owner as she was easy to to contact and helped with any issues if there ever was. :)

Perfect!

Just had a lovely week at no 19. We have stayed in 2 other properties in the village previously and this is by far the best and pretty much perfect for our family. Lots space inside and out and the lovely garden was enclosed and safe for our Son who is autistic and our Labrador. The bungalow was spotless and everything was considered, from dogs bowls, to fans and even an air fryer! The owner was attentive and very easy to get hold of. Only down side was that we had to come home! Hopefully we will be back next year!

Second visit all ok it was new last year and clearly has received a few scuffs which is to be expected.

Not in anyway detrimental to the stay. Really handy for beach and dog friendly with a secure garden. Positives from last year nice chair in alcove and dog equipment. Still a problem with flies. Clearly this is out of the control of the owners. Whilst the owner let us know window cleaner was coming on arrival I asked him to let me know when he wanted to access to rear garden so I could secure the dog. He didn’t. Luckily I had control of dog. Not good when you’ve only just arrived; strange place and people. We highly recommend the accommodation and will not hesitate to return.

Bungalow had everything you need and more.

Sofas and beds really comfy, loved the decor. Nice fully fenced garden, very quiet. Using footpath next to bungalow onto Sandy Lane beach and cafe only a few minutes away. Also nice walk turning left, through little wood to beach. Only negatives, the air source heat pump is a noise all the time and there were so many flies indoors. Actually more inside than outside. Don't know if citronella would help stop them going in. Would go again, but in Spring or Autumn.

What a treasure of a find in Anderby Creek.

The village itself is so quirky, peaceful and friendly The bungalow is absolutely lovely, a haven for relaxing and the garden is stunning. The weather we had was scorching, so most of our time (when not in the cafe or Popas) was spent sunbathing and chilling in the garden. Only things we thought the bungalow would benefit from would be a fly screen/curtain for back door and maybe the windows. We were inundated with flies day and night and because it was so hot we had to have windows and door opened all day. As for the garden, a garden parasol would be a real hit. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated and Darcy (our dog) says thanks for the doggy treats. Will definitely book again.

19 The Court is an excellent holiday cottage.

Beautifully furnished, everything provided for a delightful stay. Well enclosed garden, perfect for dogs, lovely decking and outside furniture for alfresco dining, drinking or catching the rays and listening to the birdsong. We would find it hard to find an issue with this lovely cottage but if I had to give one it is only feedback - the bottle opener needs replacing

we had a lovely week at the Court and enjoyed a number of visits to the Beach cafe and met some lovely people and their dogs.

The whole week was very relaxing . Very impressed with the ground sourced heat pump and the peacefulness of the whole area.

The chalet had been fully modernised, thoughtfully extended and totally refurbished.

Stylish lighting and colour coordinated decor and furnishings made it appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped with new matching pans, crockery and tools. Fast WiFi and TV was good but I found it big for the compact viewing space. There was no dishwasher but sponges, cloths and washing up liquid were provided. The back garden was fully enclosed, safe, very private and well maintained with a pleasant decked dining area and a mini golf game. Seat at the end of the garden captured evening sun. An outside tap offered sandy paws a handy rinsing place. However I found a few extra things would have enhanced our stay : bedside shelves for a book and glass, a full length mirror, a comfy chair in the small conservatory, a draining rack in kitchen, a footstool for lounge area, a stepstool (I couldnt reach kitchen window). The downside for us was the unfamiliar noise of the Heat Pump which turned off and on regularly during 24 hours. Noise carried in the chalet and it woke me up repeatedly. The hot water cylinder was also a central source of background warmth. We did get a breeze with windows open and there was bedroom fan, and fortunately weather wasnt too hot for our June stay. I imagine it will be cosy in winter but definitely not for me in a heatwave. A lot of flies around due to locale so opening windows meant inviting them in. Unfortunately the hi tech Heat pump/heating/ hot water broke down during our stay. The owner attended very promptly but it couldnt be easily fixed after a few hours of trying. We declined the offer of an overnight plumber and managed without.

Absolutely beautiful bungalow with a fantastic secure garden.

Our dogs loved it. Very clean with attention to all the little things that make a big difference. Easy dog walks and a short walk to a lovely dog friendly cafe. Several very nice dog friendly beaches nearby. We couldnt work out why the shower went cold after 5 minutes. I feel that a dishwasher would be far more useful than a washing machine. Overall we had a really good break and would probably return in the future.

Great place to stay for us and our two whippets.

This holiday let, that sits within a quiet cul-de-sac, is tastefully decorated and features a heat pump and solar panels. There are two reasonably sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, a fully featured kitchen, and a garden that features a putting green. The garden is also fully enclosed within a high wooden fence. Just beyond is the path that takes you to the beach and a cafe. This is a place we would highly recommend.

We have been coming to Anderby for a number of years and this is definitely the best place we have stayed.

It's been tastefully refurbished. The owners were very helpful and we would definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay comfortable clean and very handy for the beach.

Will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend. Thankyou for a lovely chilled time.

What a beautiful property

A lovely, modern & spotlessly clean holiday property.

Welcome pack was a lovely bonus & the enclosed garden (beautifully maintained) was ideal for our dog. The area was very peaceful, minutes away from the beach, a cafe & a pub. Ideal for dog walks & for the beautiful views of the coast. Skegness & Mablethorpe were a short drive away for shops & a change of scenery. Anderby Creek is a hidden gem & so is this lovely bungalow.

Property was immaculate

A very comfortable and well equipped holiday bungalow; fresh and well decorated.

However we had a constant problem with flies and the noise from the air source pump made it difficult to get off to sleep.

This accommodation is top of our list, we have stayed at quite a few places in Anderby creek and this beats the lot.

we will back next year. Can’t wait

19 The Court is a lovely holiday home and spotlessly clean.

The location is excellent, near the beach, cafe and pub, very peaceful. The enclosed garden was great for our dog. Personally I would have preferred a dishwasher to a washer. The welcome pack was very poor both in presentation and content through the wine was a nice touch. As regular visitors to Anderby Creek would happily return.

A lovely property - very modern and comfortable with everything you could need.

The area is quiet and only a short walk to the beach. Really appreciated the welcome pack too! Having an enclosed garden for our dog was perfect. Would recommend this bungalow for anyone wanting a quiet seaside getaway.

There was only 1 problem.. our stay was not long enough. It was a hidden gem and would definitely recommend the property. Just wonderful. The welcome hamper is a lovely gesture too. Thank you very much

Lovely situation direct short walk to beach.

All equipment needed was there. Garden brilliant to keep dog secure. Entrance porch brilliant to leave sandy shoes, buckets, dog equipment etc. Clean and tidy. Only difficulty we had was the numerous sand flies in the house which was not the fault of the owner as the beach was covered in them as well as ladybirds. Would definitely recommend. Hope to revisit soon.

Fabulous place in a great location with everything you need!

Very clean and comfortable with lots of crockery and every gadget you could possibly want to make your holiday perfect. The owner was very helpful and communication was great! Would definitely book The Court again.

Lovely modern well furnished property.

Dishwasher maybe more useful than a washing machine. Also lack of shaver socket to charge toothbrush was a small inconvenience. Biggest "complaint" is why did the heat pump have to run right through the night with the big fan just outside the bedroom window

Enjoyed our stay in your property.

All the furniture was very comfortable especially the beds which count for a lot when you are away Loved the private garden. As the weather was so good we made use of the outdoor seating areas and had a game or two of the mini putting. Lovely having the beach so close which our dog enjoyed. Would recommend a stay here. Enjoyable stay, with perfect walks for are four legged friend.

Those of you who have not visited this coastline are missing out on a beautiful beach. Property has everything needed for self catering breaks. Look forward to another visit.

The property was fantastic, clean, modern and spacious enough for 4.

The location is perfect, about 5 minutes to the (dog friendly) beach, shop, pub and café. The property is on a very quiet road with a private, well maintained garden all the facilitates you could need and is spotless throughout. The surrounding area is very peaceful and well worth a stay for a peaceful break. We'll be back
