This is a beautifully decorated, spacious house in a good location that had all we needed.

The host was very communicative and helped us to solve any issues and concerns that we had such as how to put the heating on. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed over the Christmas period, the house was perfect, the owners had made it very festive with the Christmas decorations and trees.

The house and the garden is decorated and maintained to a very high standard with all the amenities you need. The house has a lot of character and was super clean, with great sized bedrooms. We had a little trouble controlling the heating system and at times the house was cold, informing the owners of this after we left, they had wished we had let them know, they would have shown us what we needed to do. This was more our fault as the owners had stressed that if we had any problems or needed help just to let them know. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and would highly recommend this house.

Absolutely gorgeous house 20mins walk from Boston Town Centre.

Plenty of parking on the drive. Lots of room to spread out as a family with 2 sitting rooms and a large kitchen. All very cleverly decorated. Would recommend a visit any time of year as plenty to do in and around Boston. Would visit again

Just what we wanted - spacious, attractive, easy walking distance to town centre and local pub.

The dog loved the garden. The rest of us loved the Atari - created quite a challenge for the high score glory! Clean house, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen (although running out of some cutlery items). Plus thank you for the welcome hamper and bottle of wine.

We had such a wonderful stay at 105 Spilsby Road.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing break. The house itself is spacious, with lovely, bright rooms and plenty of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals together. We especially loved the cosy lounges, perfect for winding down after a day exploring the area. The location is ideal – close enough to Boston town centre to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. It also made a great base for exploring the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside and coast. Overall, 105 Spilsby Road is a gem of a holiday home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Boston.

Cannot say a bad thing about it. The games machine was a big hit. Fantastic decoration. Wide age range with our party, but suited everyone. Plenty of room for four cars.

We had a lovely holiday here in this beautiful house.

Well decorated and comfortable, everything you need for a family holiday. The welcome pack was a lovely addition containing bread, milk, tea, sugar, wine, cake just to name a few things. The house was so clean and well kept and our 2 dogs enjoyed the garden. This house is well worth booking.

, this has got to be the best property that we've stayed in. It's absolutely beautiful. Extremely spacious, very clean, super decor, enclosed back garden, ample utensils. 5 mins walk to the town centre, and a 10 min walk to the river bank and country park for some lovely walks with our dog. We will definitely be booking again

Beautiful spacious property with everything you could need and a large safe rear garden.

Good off road parking. It is on a busy road so the front rooms can be noisy, though that did not spoil the stay for us in any way. Good pub with food a few minutes down the road and a cheaper but perfectly acceptable Brewers Fayre round the corner. Walkable distance into Boston and short drive to very good bird reserves. Excellent place to stay.

Spacious house with a good location to town centre.

On busy main road but traffic noise not a concern. Well equipped kitchen and although we had an issue with the oven the owner reacted quickly to solve the problem. Comfortable beds and the property was clean and nicely furnished.

Gorgeous house!

Really spacious, beautifully decorated and everything had been thought of! The only thing that would be beneficial would be a wardrobe in the back king room and some drawers in the front king room without en suite. But wasn’t a big deal for us as only there for three nights! Also pop the WiFi info in the welcome pack or info booklet so it’s easier to find! We all loved the house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location excellent for getting around. Had an issue with the heating and contacted the owner who dealt with it straight away. Can’t recommend this property enough.

..... the attention to detail and quality of everything about this property was first class. Owner has thought about everything and the only thing we looked for was a pizza cutter however there were plenty of knives and scissors :) Finding the house was easy, key collection etc as described, pub just along the way served lovely food and great atmosphere with locals who were keen to tell us where to explore! Maybe the secure garden could do with some better lighting as it was difficult in the darker winter nights to find the dog when he went out however there were torches throughout the property. It really is an amazing property and we will be back!

We had a lovely stay at the property with my children and grandkids, it was very comfortable with lots of extras, the kids especially enjoyed the Atari in the snug.

We had three generations of eight people and two dogs,the house and garden are lovely,we had lots of room , we all enjoyed our stay and the hamper and cake were a lovely touch, and the dogs loved their treats,we would definitely come back, it's a beautiful house.

A beautiful spacious house, that allowed us to enjoy an extended family get together :) We highly recommend The Mill pub (a short walk across the road) - excellent food - book in advance :) Also recommend visiting Boston church and The Maude Foster Mill.

Amazing house,comfy and spacious!

We had 3 generations staying and there was plenty of room. The garden was lovely and big our 2 Yr old son loved the freedom. The owner was on hand via text if we needed them. Highly recommend 105 Spilsby Road.

The property was fabulous.

Lots of room, spotless, everything that was needed was available. As a group of seven and with two dogs this property was ideal. We had the best time and the weather was kind so we made good use of the great garden. A lovely welcome pack was waiting for us on arrival which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

105 Spilsby Road is definitely, definitely a great place to stay if holidaying in the Boston area.

The house is beautifully decorated and is brilliant for larger families with four comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with just about everything you would need. On arrival the house was very clean and spotless. The garden at the rear is wonderful and a great sun trap. The communication from the host was very good with key collection details etc. So glad that we chose 105 for our short break in Lincolnshire.

Fantastic property within a 15 minute walk of town centre and 3 minutes to a delightful dog friendly pub that serves great home cooked food.

The property has plenty of space and lovely decor with a massive garden which our puppy loved having her zoomies. We were a group of 7 so never got under each other's feet and thoroughly enjoyed cooking the enormous kitchen. The owner left us some goodies for our stay and her lemon cake is to die for (we have stolen the recipe from her:) they made us most welcome. The larger living room has netflix, prime etc to view and the smaller room has a games machine in it. I haven't played one of these for over 40 years so completely lost at pac man:) Plenty of storage space downstairs which is unusual because most cottages pack it all full with no space for food etc but we had plenty. I would completely recommend this property to anyone wanting to be local distance to amenities and in need of space.

A lovely townhouse, beautifully restored and decorated.

Thoughtful extras provided, including the Hotel Chocolat velvetiser, add a much appreciated touch of luxury. Well situated for local shops, supermarkets and, a little further afield, the coast and many other attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at the house.

Absolutely fantastic property and well thought out.

The welcome package was lovely and we all had a truly amazing stay! The games machine brought out our competitive side and so many memories from our youth! Communication with the owners was really great and we highly recommend this truly stunning home! Close proximity to so many places, Boston is just a walk away, The Mill Inn serves amazing food and just a stumble up the road too which was very handy! Really impressed and will definitely be back! Amazing house, newly refurbished to the highest standard.

Lovely secure garden for our dog. Close to town and on the bus route to various places such as Woodhall Spa which is definitely worth a visit and close to a nice pub/restaurant. Lots to do in Boston - Maud Foster windmill, fascinating sluice with a lovely cafe, Guildhall and museum. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic house and garden that has been renovated to a very high standard.

Love the butterfly details on each corner of the roof. Bedrooms are a generous size. Good internet access. Well equipped kitchen and a large comfortable lounge plus a separate snug with table gaming machine for 1 or 2 players. We had a great time.

We’ve just finished our stay at this beautiful house and we loved every minute of it. The house was more than we could have asked for, super clean and tidy. The decor was lovely, rooms very spacious. Loved the snug room our kids loved relaxing in here every night before bed. The homemade cake and wine was a lovely touch and thank you for supplying bread, milk and butter. The garden was clean and well kept, the badminton rackets were great for the kids (and adults). Our youngest chose books to read from your selection each night which was lovely and they had lots of board games to choose from. Overall we have had a wonderful time, thank you so much! Highly recommend.

This is probably one of the best houses we have ever rented.

From the colour of the decor, to the quality of the linens, and the equipment in the kitchen. A truly stunning house, with comfortable beds and was sparkly clean. Thoughtful touches such as games and books, and the tastiest lemon cake ever in the fridge! We loved our stay here, and didn't want to leave. Everything was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at 105 Spilsby Road - the property is very spacious, beautifully refurbished and well maintained.

The rooms are a great size (easily with room for a travel cot and dog) and whilst we could hear the road traffic it didn't disturb our rest, even with the windows open due to the hot weather. We spent a lot of time in the garden which is a great sun trap in the afternoon. I must add that Nicky is a wonderful host. As well as all the information shared in advance and personal touches (bread, milk and delicious homemade cake on arrival!) she went above and beyond when I accidentally left valuables at the property. She took time to immediately go to the property, find them and arrange their return. I was so relieved! Overall a lovely property!

Property excellent.

Very clean with high end furnishings and fittings. The massive downside was the road noise which made sleep difficult. For this reason, and no other, we would not book this property again.

A beautiful house with lots of space, we were three families and really appreciated having two sitting rooms and a big garden.

Kitchen is well equipped and Nicky left a delicious lemon cake and other treats, thank you! The house is spotless and in perfect condition. There is some noise from the road at the front as you would expect so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper - but it did not detract from our enjoyment of the house at all. Parking is easy either at the front or back of the house. We visited Witham Way Country Park and walked along the river into Boston for brunch at the Boston Lock Cafe and had a day in Skegness which children aged 1 to 9 all loved. All in all a wonderful stay, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would love to come back.

Absolutely stunning house, didn't want to leave

We had a brilliant short break in this fabulous property.

It was immaculate - spotlessly clean, the decor great and the attention to detail was superb. The house was really spacious so suited our party of six perfectly. It was well eqipped and had pretty much everything that we needed. We were even provided with a lovely welcome pack which was a nice touch and very much appreciated. The garden was lovely and there is plenty of space for parking both at the front and rear. The house is ideally located with Boston town centre about a 15 minute walk away. It is situated on quite a busy road though so there is some traffic noise at the front. It's also very close to the coast and several National Trust properties, and Lincoln is less than an hour away. The host was quick to respond to any queries we had and was very helpful. All in all, this is a beautiful house and one we would definitely love to stay in again - highly recommend it. Thank you very much!
