Situated across from Lincoln Castle walls, this charming property sleeps two, allowing couples to retreat to a more subdued city escape.
Head down the entrance staircase to find a nicely-decorated studio living space, with a plush king-sized bed, a seating area with Smart TV where you can cuddle up and watch your favourite movies, and a well-stocked kitchen area with a compact breakfast bar.
After a day under the sun in the enclosed courtyard, flipping burgers on the BBQ, rinse off the smell of smoke in the shower room before heading to bed.
Being located so close to the city centre, you'll find no shortage of eateries and other amenities like The Victoria and The Strugglers Inn pubs both up the street from the property, the latter boasting outdoor seating to enjoy a cold beer during warmer months.
The property is located in the heart of the historic part of Lincoln, where you can explore Bailgate, Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle, an abandoned Norman stronghold that was subsequently used as a jail, which offers guided tours and exhibitions.
Visit the Museum of Lincolnshire Life and Lincoln Museum for more historical attractions.
After that, put together a picnic basket and spend the afternoon exploring the 22-acre Arboretum.
Trekkers can enjoy breathtaking sweeping vistas at Lincolnshire Wolds AONB, but don't forget to make a side trip to Woodside Wildlife Zoo to see the animals.

We had a lovely stay here, and would definitely stay again.
The kitchen was well equipped, and washing up items were well stocked too. Great location right next to the castle and cathedral, and shops close by. Only things we would mention - the freezer was iced over so we couldn't fit anything, although we didn't plan to use it so it personally wasn't a problem for us. Again we personally didn't mind, but there isn't a lot of soundproofing so if you're looking for quiet be aware that you can hear upstairs guests, and neighbours. Overall really great place, thank you!
The holiday accommodation was as described Ideal for a couple or single traveler In a good location for exploring Lincoln as it is very near to the castle, Cathredral and the Lawns.
A problem with the lock to the front door was sorted out swiftly. The only problem was early morning noise from renovations of the property next door Enjoyed my stay And would stay again.
We arrived to find a clean and beautifully decorated flat.
The kitchen has everything you’d need and there was a pack of local fresh coffee to use in the cafeteria as well! The shower was great and the bed so comfy. The garden is a lovely place to sit and relax after a day exploring and navigating the steep hill! Would throughly recommend this flat and if we visit again, we’ll be using it! Also it’s close to a tasty Indian restaurant and some great pubs. All in all a great base to explore Lincoln.
