Grayz Studio

Nice studio flat, well positioned near the castle and cathedral.

Easy to get around with the Wait and Ride buses which stop near the castle entrance . The Co-op on Burton Road was handy for food shopping. The bed and settee were comfy and the cream scones which were left for us were delicious. No problems getting in to the flat - the key safe was easy to use. A good base for a stay in Lincoln

A lovely property in the centre of the Cathedral Quarter of Lincoln.

It allowed easy access to the castle and cathedral and the Bailgate area with its range of independent shops and pubs. The ice cream shop was a must. Steep Hill was nearby and was the route for the more chain type shops and further on to the Brayford Pool complex. The flat had everything that we could need for our stay and was clean and welcoming. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

Living area comfortable. All basic necessities provided. Scone, jam and cream and milk most welcome. I looked forward to returning to the flat each day.

Super convenient for the Castle/Cathedral district and the delightful shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay and the position of the flat so near the Cathedral, Castle and small shops and cafes was wonderful.

We did a little bit of cooking in and had everything we needed.

A lovely apartment clean and very welcoming by owner and the lovely scones and jam left as a welcoming gift.

Situation excellent for Cathedral Quarter and the hop on hop off bus into town We will definitely be back next year.

Perfectly placed in the heart of Lincoln with easy access to the Cathedral Quarter of the City.

The flat is clean and welcoming with everything that you could need for your stay. Host is friendly and helpful.

Location for tourist attractions was perfect.

As I was travelling by train the lack of parking was not an issue. Hosts were helpful and access to the property was well organised.

The property was exactly as advertised.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The week we stayed the weather was very hot as was the flat at times. A fan would have been lovely and a lighter quilt for the bed. It was very central with all the amenities at hand,and so we had been told that it could be noisy but it was not intrusive . All in all we had a lovely stay. All the best Deirdre

A great flat bang in the middle of things but also tucked away enough fo be private.

I would recommend this flat to friends. A very comfy bed. A couple of minor points, as far as I'm concerned: the blinds in kitchen and bathroom need updating, the pillows could be firmer, I couldn't get the tv system to work so could do with looking at or a clear user guide and the shower could be a little more assertive.

We stayed in Grayz Studio over Chtristmas 2021 and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had all of the necessary facilities to make our stay enjoyable. The position of the Studio is ideal for exploring Lincoln, with all the attractions nearby. The city is most attractive and the experience of "Steep Hill" is one not to miss! It's not called Steep Hill for nothing. Highly recommended.

A lovely flat in the perfect place in the city!

It was lovely to relax in and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The studio was perfect, it had all the facilities and space that we needed for my husband and I.

Scott was great with the details on getting the key, parking and the local area. It is fantastically positioned in the historic area of Lincoln, we look forward to staying again soon!
