Three bedrooms await your relaxation, beginning with a well-presented double on the first floor with a handy en-suite, and there is a second double and a twin bedroom on the second-floor, as well as a shower room where you can freshen up after a long day of exploring the local area.
Located on a quiet street, the property opens up onto the well-known Steep Hill, leading towards Bailgate.
Situated next to the Collection Museum and Usher Gallery, the property allows guests to explore the local history and heritage, before dining out at one of the many cafes or tasty eateries, including the Italian restaurants close to the property.
There are plenty of bars, pubs and independent shops to be explored, as well as walks beside Foss Dyke and Boultham Mere Nature Reserve, and there is a local golf course.

Great location with very handy parking.
Clean and nicely furnished. Well kitted out. Surprisingly quiet for a city centre spot and lovely to hear the cathedral clock chiming, which stops considerately over night. Fab holiday
Loved our stay here although this was the hottest weather ever.
Fortunately there were a couple of fans provided which were much appreciated. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Couldn’t do much because of the heat so we will definitely return here. Parking was an added bonus being so close to the centre.
Superbly situated for visiting the City, especially the beautiful Cathedral and Castle without the need to drive, being situated just off the bottom of Steep Hill.
Brilliant being able to park that centrally. House was very clean and very well maintained. Everything worked! (Which sadly isn't always the case with holiday properties) Was also notable for having an extremely comfortable bed! We would very happily recommend, and may well return in the future.
