The property

A delightful, mid-terrace Edwardian townhouse, superbly located in the seaside village of Borth, with wonderful views of the coast.

Providing light and modern accommodation, this Borth cottage is ideal for a family or a group of friends seeking a base for a fantastic seaside holiday in Wales.

This Borth cottage benefits from a cosy first floor sitting room with French doors to a balcony from where you can experience the stunning, elevated sea views that extend to Cardigan Bay and towards Snowdonia’s mountain range.

To the rear is a decked garden area, which embraces sights across the wonderful surrounding countryside; the perfect spot to enjoy alfresco dining as you plan the following day’s activities.

From this Borth holiday cottage, there is access across the road to three miles of long sandy beach, whilst just a short stroll away are a selection of shops and pubs to choose from.

Cliff-top walks can be found practically from the doorstep of this Borth cottage, and in the summer you must keep your eyes peeled for visiting dolphins and porpoise!

Enjoy many nearby attractions including the Heritage Coast Walk, National Nature Reserve, the Dovey Estuary, or an unforgettable trip on the narrow gauge railways, which steam through stunning scenery past mountains and rolling hillsides.

Snowdonia can be reached within a short drive of this wonderful Borth cottage, offering endless outdoor activities and adventure, making this a perfect base for a year-round seaside getaway.

At low tide there are 3 miles of sands stretching to Ynyslas Beach, which boasts vast sand dunes and the home of the Dyfi National Nature Reserve. Borth offers shops, pubs, a golf course, a restaurant and a cinema - all great fun for the family whatever the weather. This whole coastline is renowned for its watersports especially wind, sand and ordinary surfing, as well as wonderful coastal walks where you can enjoy spotting sea birds and seals. Nearby Snowdonia provides plentiful opportunities for even more energetic pursuits. Discover Aberystwyth's castle ruins and cliff top railway, delightful Aberdovey, the Celtic History Museum, the exciting Centre for Alternative Technology and the Talyllyn narrow gauge steam railway, which journeys through breathtaking scenery.
