"Everything you need to make your holiday one to remember."
From the beautiful view of the beach from the lounge to the cleanliness and friendly welcome from the owners. I have stayed in this property 3 times and have already booked my 4th and cannot recommend it highly enough.

"Wonderfully placed ."
SO cosy and warm despite the stormy weather . A hiccup with the heating was dealt with within 10 minutes .The owners were welcoming and warm hearted. The house had a naturally happy atmosphere. A perfect out of season break.

"I think it is our fourth stay."
We love the location and the wonderful sea views. Closeness to a decent shop and a couple of decent pubs are a bonus. Borth is a nice little resort. We have always stayed out of season. I'm not so sure we would like it in full season as we're both nearly 80! For us it has the added advantage of being close to family. Phil is very helpful.

"Very helpful owner, there to welcome us and to help load up on departure."
Loved this house! Would book again, but I tend to go somewhere different on the coast of Wales each year. Will tell my friends about it though. Thanks, Happy customer!

"Everything when smoothly with the holiday."
Phil the owner was very helpful and quickly dealt with our enquires. The cottage was well equipped. The views were great and the children loved seeing the dolphins in the bay on evening.

"Just got back from an amazing relaxing stay at Trysor-Y-Mor."
The views and house were amazing and feel totally relaxed after our break. The house is lovely and clean. The view from living room out of this world and added bonus of balcony to enjoy drinks at night whilst looking out to sea. The beach is 20 steps from house and spent most of our days on it, some nights still on there until 9pm watching the sunset! We have been holidaying in borth for many years and have to say this is the best holiday house we have stayed in. Everything you could need is there and more. Phil and Anne are fab hosts. We will be definitely booking again
-
"Super location, friendly."
owner and nearby facilities such as a cafe and shop. Everything we. needed was there and although a dishwasher would have been good we managed fine.
-
"Had a wonderful time loved the house."
. the owner Phil couldn’t do enough.. location was stunning we could hear the sea from the lounge with the doors open.. the area has a lot to offer..Borth it’s self is a lovely little village.. with aberdovey and Aberystwyth nearby, recommend the coastal walk.

"This was the first visit to Wales for half of our party and Trysor y Mor could not have been a more perfect base for us."
Mid April meant we had all seasons in one week, but that didn’t stop us. Coming back to our townhouse every evening and the views it afforded was pure heaven. Ending our week with a very warm 3km walk along Borth promenade was the icing on the cake, and bearing witness to Borth’s famous sunsets was the cherry on that icing!! Previous reviews about the lack of WiFi are either old or unfounded; we had at least three people using it simultaneously without issue. If I were to pick up on any ‘bad’ points; the heating and hot water seemed to have minds of their own and the kitchen area was quite chilly of an evening, but that’s just being a bit picky. If there could be any improvement to the property, perhaps a downstairs loo / shower room in the ‘dead space’ under the stairs. That said, we had the BEST week exploring mid Wales and Philip & Anne could not have been more friendly hosts. Thanks you so much for a stunning introduction to Wales!!

"Fantastic location right opposite beach facing directly west so great for sunsets with only the sea in front of you."
House was very clean and tidy and the owner who lives in the small village very helpful and friendly.Great relaxing break will probably be back.
-
"Great location for family holiday."
Across the road to the beach with great views from the first floor lounge. Extremely friendly owners. Only way to improve experience for some members of the family would be a wifi connection, otherwise as good as it gets.
-
"Borth is a fabulous place to just stop and catch up with the world."
The house is opposite the beach which is great for running, picnics and walks. The balcony gets the full on sunset and the decking at the back the sunrise. The kitchen was well equipped and there is plenty if space for 6 people. Ann and Philip where both very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had a great time.

We have booked for two weeks next year and can't wait to return.

"A lovely house in a stunning location next to Borth Beach."
A great base for exploring Mid Wales. The view from the balcony is spectacular, especially if you are lucky enough to have clear skies and sunsets as I was! Phil was very helpful and on hand to help if I needed anything. I'll definitely be back!
