Lovely cottage on a well established caravan site just outside Tywyn.

Very clean, comfy and caters for all the basics. Hand soap in the bathroom and instructions in general would be useful.

This property is decidedly tired, notably in the kitchen, shower and toilet areas.

For example, there are broken wall tiles, loose floor tiles and the extractor fans in the shower and kitchen were not working. Such issues are obviously long standing and not something that would be a quick fix during our short stay. The location is generally OK in terms of distance from Tywyn, but it is located in the middle of a sizeable holiday caravan park, something that is not obvious from the listing.

Lovely private outdoor space. Kitchen well equipped. Hot shower. Negative (small point). It would be good for a couple of instructions for using TV for folks who are not tech savvy. There were 3 remotes, 2 of them both said “Sony” Also - if I’d read details of the facilities I would have known there was no hairdryer and would have bought my own - my fault.

The cottage was very clean & tidy, but a little tired.

There was no information/ welcome booklet about the cottage & no guest book. Sian was very helpful, and sorted out the lack of WiFi as quickly as she could. Probably is ready for a renovation. Overall had a good stay and it was perfect for our coastal walking.

Ideal cottage for two.

Clean and tidy throughout, and has all the necessary basic kitchen utensils. Comfortable bed, and ample wardrobe space. Nicely situated,with a courtyard, and a short walk into town, and to the Tallylyn railway station. The walking leaflets are very helpful, and would recommend the Tywyn circular walk, taking in Ynysymaengwyn wood.

A lovingly cared for little cottage on the outskirts of Tynwyn but in easy reasy reach of town, the little steam railway and so many other places to walk, drive or sit and watch the sun go down.

Well furnished with everything you need and Margaret was so friendly and helpful. An excellent holiday accommodation.

This cottage is small but perfectly proportioned and has everything needed for a comfortable stay .

It was spotless throughout and the facilities were good. We went with our dog who thoroughly enjoyed the private court yard garden which was perfect for him, and the parking right outside is ideal. the local walks were great and Tywyn beach is just a short 2 min drive or 20 min walk from the cottage and the sunsets are beautiful! We will absolutely be visiting this cosy cottage again soon .can not recommend enough . Communication with Sykes and the cottage owner was very straightforward and easy.

Upon arrival we were not disappointed.

We had a very quick response to our key collection message sent to Sian and walked into a perfectly accurately listed cottage. It was nice and clean and we felt at home immediately. There is SO much storage for your clothes also, we were able to unpack everything for our 3 night stay. My only (very small) observation over the 3 nights was I would have liked a floor length mirror in the bedroom so I could have done my make up easier but there is one on the stairs and in the bathroom. It was a fabulous stay
