In the stunning coastal town of New Quay, you'll find a collection of boutiques where you can buy a variety of souvenirs and trinkets, head to New Quay Boat Trips where you can sail along New Quay Bay and spot some dolphins, seals and other sea life, and if you'd like a more relaxing activity, lie on the sand and bask in the sunshine at New Quay Beach.

For a taste of history drive down to the lively town of Cardigan and visit the 12th-century riverside Cardigan Castle, go and take some picture at the ruins of St Dogmaels Abbey, and don't forget to check out the National Trust's Cilgerran Castle, a 13th-century built medieval fortress.

Try your hand at some outdoor activities like rafting, kayaking and bushcrafting at Cardigan Bay Active, then end the day with a family dinner at Pizzatipi, a waterfront pizzeria.
