We enjoyed our week in the property.
Clean & comfortable & well placed for everywhere we wanted to visit.
Had an enjoyable family holiday.
My wife, who was celebrating her 60th birthday, tripped on a very uneven landing. Other issues noticed were the temperature of the hot water, which was extremely hot. The hot water tap in the bath did not work. The pipe got extremely hot but with very little flow. The kitchen is in need of an upgrade. The cooking utensils and pans have seen better days, and we spent some time cleaning them. Others were unable to use. The plastic mat in the lounge area was a trip hazard. The area is a hard water area and a note was left not to use the water in the kettle. Filter jugs were left full of water but did not filter through. We had to purchase a large quantity of bottled water as we were a party of eight and the two jugs were of little use. A nice touch were the cakes on arrival.
We had a most fantastic time.
A beautiful house in a lovely village and lots of things to do in the general area with the family.
