The accommodation was disguising.
Hair, pubic hairs, stains..all photos I sent to Sykes. Sykes didn’t want to know. The only way I got any help was because the lovely caravan owner called Sykes about my complaint to them. All my photos and messages were ignored by Sykes who do not care about the people paying good money for places to stay. I will never book through sykes again as there is no help for consumers only for owners. I left the caravan early.
We had the best time in your caravan gutted we were unable to stay longer due an appointment but was so grateful to the owners for being willing to move their own plans for us to stay an extra night.
We will definitely be back, was lovely. Thankyou so much .
No dishwasher, as was advertised….
The property could do with blackout blinds on the windows in the bedrooms which face the road.
