The owners have obvously put in a great deal of thought into providing everything needed.

However, when we arrived in October at the end of the season we felt that the building needed a check over and tlc. The window in bedroom 2 had a broken latch and wouldn't close properly, the juliet balcony window was warped and very difficult to lock. The front door lock was very stiff and needed oil. The beds were clean and comfortable. Although the place was generally clean, loos, basins and the kitchen seemed to have only had a quick wipe. We were happier when we'd given them a more thorough clean ourselves.

An extremely pleasant property, modern clean furnishing, fully equipped kitchen, main bathroom, en suite AND extra toilet downstairs (very useful with an 84 year old guest amongst our group) - ideally situated down a back road, but very close to town/s.

Wi-fi was good and Sky movies was a nice bonus. Beautifully presented in all aspects (welcome pack, towels, lovely smell throughout, etc.), it's obvious that a lot of effort went into this - and this was noticed and hugely appreciated. Keeping it real - there was noise from the main road at the back of the property, especially in the rear patio area, and at night in the back bedroom - but being city dwellers we soon got used to it! I would highly recommend this property for a stay of any kind, a weekend or a full week or more - it's very comfortable, clean, and convenient. 10/10

Nice accommodation.

However the dishwasher had not been cleaned in a long time and the filter was clogged up with grease and grime all the dishes came out dirty. We cleaned the filter and solved it but the cleaner needs to be doing this. No washing line outside which would have been useful. Otherwise good weeks holiday and in good position to get to everywhere.
