1 single bed base is broken. Reported upon arrival and no response received. Reading back through reviews it has been broken for a considerable length of time. Double bed base felt like it was sagging and one of the sofas felt like the base had gone through. Water temperature and pressure is really low. Electric central heating is 2 plug in radiators and a fan heater. All 3 of which where thick with dirt. Microwave needed to be cleaned before first use, spills down cupboards and on artwork on the walls. Floors sticky. Wallpaper peeling. Crockery and cutlery dirty. What appeared to be curry spilt down wall under window. Skirting boards and ledges dirty. Needs a damn good deep clean and then a more thorough clean between guests. Needs a curtain on door ( as mentioned in previous reviews) Coffee pods and machine a nice touch although check the dates on pods as a full box where out of date by over a month. Black mold starting in the property and we actually left a day early (4 day stay) because our clothes wear starting to feel damp and none of us felt very relaxed in the property as it was dirty. This chalet is very much a case of style over substance which is a shame as there is potential for it to be a good solid base for someone on holiday.
No coffee machine (as in photo).
Two glasses had bacterial cultures in. Otherwise all o.k. for the money.Good.value for what we paid. 2 bars and a fish and chip shop close by (an easy walk). Fairly near beach.good.parking facilities.TV o.k. WiFi Covers whole sundowner site is O.K. but a little weak and you need to have a barcode scanner to connect. Overall I'm pleased I went there.
