Went back at 3.30 st cottage not been cleaned was told it would be 2 more hours before we could get in. Finally got in at 5.45 to no loo roll dirty curtains on patio doors, bedroom lamps dirty and the shade falling apart. Very little water pressure on both upstairs and downstairs shower. Sofas totally different to what was in the pictures at time of booking. In able to lock inner patio doors no key plus hand clip broken. Boiler in master bedroom came on 3 times throughout the night every night ...

Sofas totally different to what was in the pictures at time of booking. In able to lock inner patio doors no key plus hand clip broken. Boiler in master bedroom came on 3 times throughout the night every night. Boiler not boxed in so it’s the first thing you see when you open the wardrobe. Second time we have stayed at the complex different cottage last year. This year loved the holiday let down by accommodation.
