Lovey full of character and charm.

Gorgeous location did not move all week. Peaceful and charming. Excellent location to explore all there is to do. Plenty of free parking all the facilities you need to have a memorable and comfortable holiday. Great shower comfy beds easy to use kitchen. A best kept secret. Been visiting the Lynn for 50+ years never knew this tiny piece of joy even existed. Thank you Nerys for being an attentive and welcoming host. We would love to return, although unsurprisingly you are full booked x

Location fabulous.

It would be useful to add in the arrival instructions that you park on the main carpark, cross the footbridge and follow the path to the property. All personal belongings have to be transpoted to and from your car on foot as there is no parking outsidethe property. (people may want to take a trolly) We arrived in the dark there is no lighting to assist so a torch may be useful. The property is tired and in need of refurbishment, the windows are old and are not ideal in the winter, especially if you are paying for heating in addition to the price of your stay ( worked out to be very costly) There was evidence of damp and flaking paint. We have stayed in many rented properties in beautiful settings with much higher standards to be honest we expected a more quality experience for the price we paid. It didn't spoil our stay but this was only due to location and not the accommodation. Communication with the owner was very good.

It had everything we needed to enjoy a few days away in November. Lovely and peaceful with a great beach which was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The only issue was that no mention was made when booking to take an electricity metre readings at the start and end of the stay where you pay for what you’ve used. All other stayed at included this in the price.

We loved it so much we have booked again for next year. The location is absolute perfection for anyone who loves peace and tranquility. Our days were spent with the sea, the sunsets and the shooting stars. The chalet is very clean and has lots of amenities. The only negative I would say is that the double bed is very uncomfortable, so maybe ready for an upgrade - but other than that everything was great. The owner was lovely and friendly, and it was a pleasure to meet her before we left. Please add a guest book in the property so we can write about our perfect stay.
