The utility isn’t far and is served by a washing machine, ideal for when you need to wash sandy clothes or towels.
The kitchen/diner is a marvellous space, with sleek, wooden fittings lining the walls and hosts a selection of appliances for the chef of the group to cook up mouth-watering dishes with; to be enjoyed at the dining table that comes with sophisticated, pull-out seating.
After filling up on a tasty dinner, spend more quality time with your loved ones on the enclosed patio whilst sipping steaming cups of hot chocolate.
Venture upstairs to rest your head in one of four thoughtfully laid-out bedrooms, with the first floor hosting a fabulous king-size with an adjoining balcony and Smart TV with Freeview, for extra evening entertainment, as well as two twin rooms, one with bunk beds and with a Smart TV also.

Make your way up the stairs again to find a spacious king-size room that benefits from a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite shower room; where you can wash off your sandy feet in the walk-in shower, before wrapping up in a fluffy towel from the heated rail.
Relish your surroundings and wander down to Abersoch’s centre, to find a range of eateries, pubs and shops to stop in, or go swimming in the safe waters of Abersoch’s beaches and playing a spot of golf in the local clubs.
Venture towards Rhiw to find the National Trust property of Plas yn Rhiw, a picturesque, 16th century manor house that provides grounds for you to take your furry friend around, along with a delightful countryside walk through Rhiw village, where you can soak in those magnificent views of the distant Porth Neigwl.
Continue to Llanbedrog to enjoy a spot of lunch with traditional ale at the Glyn Y Weddw Arms or savouring sea view dining at the Aqua Beach Bar Restaurant, before touring the Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery or simply basking in the sun at Llanbedrog Beach.
Why not embark on the Llŷn Coastal Path to explore a wealth of Welsh coastal settlements, from Morfa Nefyn to Caernarfon; the town of Pwllheli isn’t far and provides you with ample seafront activities to partake in and a good selection of pubs and eateries.

What guests are saying
Lovely house and perfect for our family.
Had a bit of a problem with the water and plumbing but the agency sent a plumber next day who sorted it. One smoke alarm ‘chirping’ so we had to take it down as it needed a new battery. Told the agency the day I phoned about the water problem but they didn’t send anyone to fix it while we were there. Large rat wandering round the garden so you may need a bait box! It says in the info bring bath mats which we did but found they were supplied. Excellent very comprehensive instructions about rubbish and recycling. Unfortunately other people used our bins so we had to sort the stuff out as they dumped it all in one bin but I suspect there’s not much you can do about that. Toilet water is constantly running from cistern into bowl making a noise but the plumber who fixed the water said he didn’t have the tools to repair it! This looks like a list of grumbles but it really isn’t, just letting you know any hiccups. Overall we had a lovely holiday with fantastic beaches, lakes and restaurants. The two counties ice cream shop was the highlight for the children!
Second time at this property, love the flexibility that the location provides as well as the comfort of the property itself.
Hopefully back next year
Cottage was in a good location with adequate parking and added bonus of patio and furnishings.
Fully equipped with bonus of TV’s in all bedrooms. Great as pet friendly and bowls supplied for dogs. However the living room carpet was badly stained which was a little off putting with small children having to play on. The downstairs toilet handle had had a temporary repair to it which broke within a day of being there. The trap in the bath was clogged and also in the shower on the first floor to an extent that the shower was very slow to drain and you had to stop showering until the water had drained away. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, the decor was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved our first experience of Abersoch. Fantastic location for the beach and enjoyed viewing the boats.
