Description

Môr Glas is a remarkable holiday retreat with sweeping sea views, perched near Deganwy Marina in the picturesque town of Deganwy, Conwy.

With a gated entrance, parking for four vehicles, a kitchen plus a service kitchen, partial ground-floor living, a balcony, and a freestanding bath, this dog-friendly haven is perfect for families or friends eager to explore the beauty of Eryri National Park.

Step through the door and into a spacious hallway adorned with coastal artwork, immediately immersing you in the seaside atmosphere.

From here, head into the ground-floor sitting room, where two leather sofas and a great view invite you to relax with a morning coffee or simply watch the world go by.

A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also on hand—ideal for freshening up after sandy beach days or countryside walks.

Ascend the soft-carpeted stairs to the heart of the home: a bright, open-plan first floor designed for both comfort and entertaining.

The main kitchen is a cook’s dream, complete with three ovens, a built-in fridge freezer, an island with stools, and a small dining table perfectly positioned to enjoy the sea views.

Share stories and laughter over a meal with the waves as your backdrop.

The second kitchen, or service area, offers a sink, dishwasher, and plenty of space to make the most of the home’s thoughtful amenities.

Next to the kitchen, the formal dining room seats eight—ideal for long, leisurely dinners with loved ones.

The adjoining sitting area features a Smart TV, media wall, and multiple sofas, creating a welcoming space to unwind.

Settle in and take in the panoramic views of the sea and golf course through expansive windows and balcony doors.

The home offers four generously sized and beautifully styled bedrooms, arranged in a reverse-level layout.

Three are located on the ground floor, including a king-size room with garden views and a walk-in shower en-suite.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe and a walk-in shower en-suite with a double basin and bidet, along with breathtaking views across the sea, golf course, and garden.

Two additional double bedrooms—one overlooking the garden and the other with a balcony and beach views—offer peaceful spaces to rest.

Drift off to the sound of the sea and wake up ready for another day of discovery.

A sleek family bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower serves the remaining bedrooms.

Soak away the salt and sand in the deep tub, the perfect end to a day outdoors.

A first-floor cloakroom adds extra convenience.

For quieter moments, retreat to the study/snug, where a selection of games awaits.

The garage also offers a fun twist—a table tennis table ready for friendly competition and laughter-filled evenings.

Outside, the rear garden features a patio, lawn, and comfortable seating—a peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh air.

Or head to the balcony, drink in hand, and watch the sun dip below the horizon, casting golden light over the sea and fairways.

If you can tear yourself away from this exceptional home, you’ll find Conwy’s rich history just a short drive away.

Explore the imposing towers of Conwy Castle, stroll across the Suspension Bridge, or take in the dramatic views of Snowdonia.

For a family day out, the Welsh Mountain Zoo offers a hillside haven of exotic wildlife.

And don’t miss The Smallest House in Great Britain—a charming red-painted curiosity nestled along the harbour.

At Môr Glas, every moment promises comfort, beauty, and a touch of coastal magic.

A beautiful excellently presented property that is so well thought out .

It is an area we love and we will not hesitate to book this property when we are next in North Wales.

Fabulous home and views and a very helpful host.

One thing to note is that although it does have 3 ovens, which might seem to be a cook's dream, I found the workflow layout odd, for example, the mugs, cutlery and toaster were in one half of the kitchen but the kettle in the other. The fridge and freezer were the best I've come across in the great many holiday homes I've stayed in though and my 3 generation family had a wonderful time here. Thank you, Megan.
