Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arlan.

The property had everything we could need as a family of 5. The house was clean and comfortable and the views from the main bedroom were beautiful! We would happily rebook to stay here and fully recommend this beautiful home (in a fab location) to all!

What a wonderful week spent at Arlan!

Spacious enough for six adults and our little four legged friend! Beds were comfy, well equipped kitchen and lovely out door area (we didn’t get to use this, due to the weather). Lovely local walks, not far from the beach and short drive to all that Anglesey has to offer. Thanks for the local recommendations Jane. Would highly recommend Arlan!

Nice house, clean and comfortable.

Don’t arrive in the dark like we did, you’ll never find the parking, we ended up parking on the road opposite. Following day we parked around the back of the house but someone was in the allocated space so parked elsewhere and ended up with a note on the windscreen from the neighbour (we weren’t blocking anyone or any gates) Lights in the games room didn’t work and although Jayne was lovely when I contacted her, the suggestion of trip switches wasn’t the fix and then we were going home so I felt there was no point sending anyone. The breakfast bar stools are a bit tired & tatty and there’s a tatty child’s chair in the lounge. The lounge would benefit from some side tables to put drinks on as there was nowhere to put them. Altogether a nice enough house, we stay in Benllech regularly but never stayed here before.

Lovely property with everything you could need for a holiday including games, books and the tv should you need it.

The rooms are lovely and spacious with plenty of storage for the luggage. Great place for a stay on Anglesey

Arlan is a lovely, welcoming house.

It is light and bright and feels homely and comfortable. It is beautifully furnished with a nautical, seaside theme which we loved! We found everything we needed in the kitchen and were grateful for the supplies of tea and coffee, washing up liquid etc. The appliances are modern and there are good work services including a useful kitchen island. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bedding smelt lovely and fresh. The view from the main bed room is fabulous and on a clear day you can see the sea at Benllech. The house’s proximity to Benllech is a real bonus! The outside space is really well planned and furnished. It would be great to use on a warm, sunny day. The car parking space also makes life easy. Communication with Jayne, the owner was great. Thank you for a lovely stay, Jayne. We hope to come back to Arlan in the future.

Arlan house was exactly as advertised.

Great location. The house was extremely clean with modern facilities. Very spacious and comfortable. The outside decking area was lovely to sit out on an evening. We met a couple of the neighbours who were very friendly. We would highly recommend the house and would love to come back again with our family in the future. Jayne was very accommodating and granted a couple of the requests we asked for.

We couldn't fault the property, it is spacious , well equipped and comfortable and the children loved the games room.

Our only criticism is that the directions to the property could be clearer

This was our second stay at Arlan and we enjoyed it just as much as the first visit.

The house is spotless and very comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. The games room is an added bonus and our young grandson loves it. Lovely and cosy in the evening to sit in front of the log burner with a drink after a day exploring Anglesey. We will definitely return in the future

Arlan is a beautiful holiday home in a beautiful part of Anglesey.

The home is warm, comfy and luxurious. A fantastically equipped kitchen and dining room is at the heart of the house which allows families to share special times together. Beds are exceedingly comfy and we all slept well after long walks around the surrounding area.

This was a last minute booking as my daughter and I needed a break after a stressful few years.

It was everything we could have wished for Arlan is a lovely house which is very well equipped and welcoming. It is beautifully kept and very clean. We really enjoyed the break and look forward to going back again. Thank you Jayne.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Private sheltered sunbathing area. Good location but car necessary for visiting beaches. Good communications with the owner who obviously wants her clients to enjoy their holiday. Highly recommended

This cottage is really lovely and amazing place to stay

A fantastic holiday home that exceeded our expectations.

Both the house and garden were much bigger than we were expecting and it has a really nice relaxed feel about it. The house was extremely clean and well kitted out. The back of the house and garden has views of fields and trees which added to the tranquil atmosphere. The owners were in touch via email before we arrived and couldn't of been more helpful. Tescos, bars and restaurants are just down the road and of course the fabulous beach. I'd love to stay again.

The property is fantastic and everything we needed to make a great holiday.

The added touches of supplying logs for the fire along with providing dish washer tablets/cleaning materials is a nice touch too (not all properties we use on Sykes do this). Would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Arlan, with everything being as described.

There were 4 of us staying there, with plenty of room inside and out. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. It was only a 10 minute walk into Benllech for the bars and shops. I would definitely recommend Arlan and wouldn’t hesitate in stopping here again.

Once again we had a lovely holiday at Arlan, we enjoyed the patio area in particular.

On arrival the house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We hope to return to Arlan as soon as we can.

The house is comfortable and warm. All we needed. We eat out at the nearby Pebbles restaurant and also at the Benllech Inn. This is a resort and house that does not close out of season. We enjoyed local walks with gorgeous clear air views of the coast line. Very relaxing. Highly recommended.

We all had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Arlan.

The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated and had everything we could need for our stay. The beds were all very comfortable and the downstairs shower room was great for my mother in law who is less mobile. The Games room was a welcome addition enjoyed by my boys and we enjoyed playing some of the board games as a family. The house is also perfectly located for all the wonderful local places to visit

We loved Arlan and didn't want to leave.

The main bedroom had a tremendous window which overlooked countryside. The patio area was really good, perfect for relaxing. The house was extremely comfortable with everything you need.During our holiday we had some lovely walks. We had a great holiday and will definitely go back to Arlan if we can.

Beautifully presented house.

Spotlessly clean and well situated. Facilities within walking distance. Accurately described on Sykes Cottages website. We had a wonderful holiday and would return. The garden furniture is a delight on the patio. There is parking for one car but parking not easy if you have a second one.

Lovely home, comfortable accommodation.

Had a lovely holiday at Arlan. We loved the Games Room, a brilliant addition to our time away. Well located property for trips around the Island. Only grumbles were that we couldn’t get the bottom oven to work despite the manual. No toilet brushes in either bathroom. And most importantly, couldn’t find where the “Honeypot” that was mentioned in the welcome book was

Arlan is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday in beautiful Benllech or, in our case, a different adventure every day with our young grandchildren

We have just had an amazing four day stay in Arlan.

The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The owner contacted us just before our stay and provided fabulous information on the area, places to visit and eat. Highly recommend Finneys chippy best fish and chips ever and gluten free for our daughter! The house is very child friendly, baby gate on the decking at top of steps and also one provided for stairs if needed. We had our 3yr old grandson with us and felt we could relax knowing he was safe. He loved the games room. Waking up to the views from the master bedroom started the day off beautifully. After the difficult last two years we have got together and made some amazing memories! I could go on and on but really you just need to go, it's such a special place.

Loved our stay at Arlan, we stayed for a week and had 3 children with us, 10,8 and 2.

The house is super child friendly and the games room was a big hit with the boys. The house is very comfortable and the fire is lovely of a night(even though it wasn’t cold). It was immaculate throughout and well equipped with all the facilities you would need for a holiday, beds were really comfortable with immaculate sheets and bedding and the rooms were lovely and bright with lovely views. It’s in a perfect location for the village with lovely restaurants cafes and tesco for anything you need, and a short walk down to the lovely beach. The host is extremely helpful, approachable and very friendly and can’t do enough to make sure your stay is the best one. I can’t recommend this place enough and we will certainly return again

Perfect 3 night Staycay for our family.

Loved the location 10 minute walk to the beach where the kids had a blast. Arlan house was spotless and fully equipped felt like home. The owner Jayne emailed a few days before with places to eat/see and things to do around the Island. Thankyou x

Lovely smart accommodation.

Very relaxing. Wonderful country and coastal paths to walk on and pubs to visit. Plenty of local facilities. Very good for out of season stays.

We loved our stay in Arlan.

The welcome pack was a really lovely touch and the house was exactly how it was described. We loved the location, less than 1 mile to the Benllach Pub and shops and only another 5 minutes walk down to Benllach Bay. We would definitely return and recommend to others.
