Bedw Arian Cottage

We have stayed at Bedw Arian many times and it never fails to be anything other than wonderful.

Everything you need is provided. Clean and immaculate, very comfortable, beautiful surroundings. Sue and Nigel are lovely and helpful but not intrusive. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Bedw Arian.

We were greeted by the owners on our arrival, we knew they would be available if we needed their help. A very high standard of cleanliness throughout. The kitchen was well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. We really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and views. The cottage is in a good position to travel around the island with ease. A good information pack was available. We would highly recommend this cottage. Couldn’t fault it in any way.

This was the best property we have ever stayed in comfortable and warm surrounded by countryside.

A place where you can really relax, quiet and peaceful. Spacious but cosy at the same time. Everything you need is there. A lot of thought and love has been expended here. Nigel and Sue are very low key but there if you need them. We will definitely be staying again.

The cottage was one of the best if not the best we have ever stayed in.

Susan and Nigel the owners were very approachable and lovely people. The quality of the furniture was first class. Our dog loved the space she had to run around in, and so did we. We would definately stay here again.

The cleanest holiday homes I have stayed in.

Immaculate and obvious that the owners take great care. Even though I travel with a dog, that is the most important criteria for me. High spec features and beautifully warm and quiet with lovely views. The owners were very helpful with my nervous dog and made an enclosed area for him at the front of the bungalow. If your dog isn’t nervous, beautiful, large enclosed grounds for them to run around in! Owners have a gorgeous friendly retriever who came to say hello when we arrived, lovely dog! Forgot my books but managed to read a couple from the shelves in the bungalow. Only heard 5 mins of fireworks at midnight on NYE and don’t think the dog noticed!…and he is petrified so very quiet ( his fear is why we were away). Didn’t manage to catch the red squirrels in the garden but Mr Owl visited every morning. Great place to travel to local beaches but are some narrow lanes. Managed to catch the bottom of my car door on the base of a wall :( . Re- booked before I returned home! Thank you for a relaxing stay!

What a lovely and comfortable place to stay.

Really clean and spacious. Garden is beautiful. The owners are really nice and friendly and helpful. Close to all you need for a relaxing holiday. Had Christmas there and the kitchen was a treat to cook in. Wildlife comes to see you everyday. Very enjoyable

First time staying at this self catering holiday accommodation.

The bungalow is very spacious, very well equipped with lots of storage space, fridge, freezer, separate utility room has washing machine and dishwasher. Bungalow is immaculate and pleasure to stay in, with space for parking and use of garden. Watched red squirrel from the conservatory. 25min walk to beach and lots to see in local area. Would highly recommend and hope to go back in the future.

Gary and I had the most wonderful break at Bedw Arian Cottage - Nigel and Sue couldn't have provided a warmer welcome and the cottage made you feel you were home from home.

Our dog loved their beautiful retriever and went on the beach every day (missing it already)

We recently stayed at Bedw Arian and had the most wonderful holiday.

The cottage is 5* with everything you could wish for and more and the location is beyond amazing. The red squirrels and wild life in the garden were an added bonus. Anglesey is a beautiful island with so much to offer and such a varied coastline. There are also some really excellent restaurants near to Benllech. We will most definitely return at the earliest opportunity when there is availability....! Sue and Nigel who own the cottage and live next door are a lovely couple, very helpful and kind.

Put simply the accommodation was home from home.

Everything and I mean everything was provided. There were lots of places of interest within a short distance. Nigel and Susan are really lovely people. We sat in the conservatory and watched the wild life in the garden. Red squirrels. A variety of birds. In particular a mad pheasant. Really funny. Highly recommended.

the cottage was superb, clean and tidy throughout, extra bedding and towels, the owners were on hand to answer any questions we had, recommendations about the local area were spot on, I could not recommend this location highly enough, ten out of ten is not enough for the wonderful break we had, would definitely go there again, Its a shame the holiday had to come to an end.

It is a place of comfort, quality and peace with close access to nature and views. Nigel and Sue are very friendly and on hand nearby should anyone need them, although unlikely as everything is provided in this clean and warm and spacious property.

Wow!

Wow! Wow!. The minute I walked in to the bungalow I knew that I could live there and that I was going to have a lovely holiday. The property is well equipped, furnished, decorated, clean and "just like home". It is so comfortable and in an amazing setting. The owners are a great help and totally unobtrusive. But, I'm not going to say any more, because I want this to stay my secret holiday bolt-hole!!

Superb holiday cottage that we absolutely love returning to.

We've been 3 times now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. It's beautifully kept and everything in it is of highest quality. The grounds are also really lovely, with lots of places to sit and relax and enjoy the surroundings. Our 2nd stay at Bedw Arian and just as wonderful as our 1st.

We've booked our next visit already which says it all. The spacious bungalow is really comfortable with everything you need including your own outdoor space as well as the beautiful main garden. The conservatory provides a lovely view of the garden and beyond. It is a lovely place to sit and enjoy watching the wildlife and allow your mind to wander. The peace and quiet Bedw Arian provides is the main plus for us as well as being perfectly located for all the facilities Benllech has to offer. Everything is spotlessly clean (including the dustbins!) . Sue and Nigel are the perfect hosts (next door) , on hand if you require anything but unobtrusive otherwise. They have 2 beautiful dogs which don't bother you at all although we did enjoy seeing them on their daily ambles around the garden. We are so lucky to have discovered this little piece of heaven.

We have had many cottage holidays over the years but can honestly say that this bungalow is one of the best we have stayed in ,so much so we have already booked for next year.

We absolutely love it here we go twice a year and it’s home from home for us .

The owner are so friendly and nothing is any trouble for them . We take are two little dogs and they love the walks and all the cafes we go into as there all so welcoming. The property is so clean comfortable would highly recommend you go to this place as it’s so peaceful ideally if you just want to spend some time with your partner or loved one as it’s a perfect place to get away from everything.

An exceptional, spacious and luxurious bungalow set in a lovely setting of mature and expansive gardens.

Shared with the larger private house of the owners who were in no way intrusive but always helpful should you have a query. Two gorgeous large white dogs roam the gardens and wish you a friendly greeting. Ample parking for your vehicle. Could not find a single criticism of the holiday rental, by far the most perfect of all we have taken over many years. Congratulations to owners, Sue and Nigel.

Could not find fault. This is a gem of a cottage. The facilities, cleanliness and location were amazing. The cottage was clean, warm and comfortable, in beautiful gardens with great views of the distant mountains.

The owners Nigel and Sue are really nice and very knowledgeable about the area and full of good suggestions for walks etc. We missed seeing the red squirrels in the grounds, but maybe next time!!

We had a fabulous break here over new year.

The owners met us on arrival, there was a bottle of fizz in the fridge and a box of chocolates as a welcome. They showed us around the cottage, which is much bigger and luxurious than it looks on the photos. There is a huge garden and field and our dog was allowed to run about as much as he wanted to. The cottage itself was really well maintained, spotlessly clean and the owners had thought of everything from soap to dog blankets! It is in a very quiet area and not far from the beach. We didn't try out the pub or local cafes - we cooked at the cottage, it was so relaxing we didn't want to leave the place and the kitchen has every utensil you could ever need. Overall, we had a great time and would love to return.

Me and my husband and two puppies have been going here for five years now you get a nice greeting from the owners on your arrival.

We love it here because you can do as much as you want or do nothing at all just kick back read a good book watch DVDs and your spend quality time together the beaches are amazing as are the local facilities coffee shops grocery shops And the scenery is amazing you feel so relaxed when we are here as we both have our own businesses to run we know when we come here we just totally relax . The bungalow is spotless and you always get a nice bottle of fizz on your arrival Sue and Nigel are so lovely nothing is a bother to them just wanna say thank you to them for making us feel so welcome like you always do . This accommodation was extremely spacious and comfortable and the owners were very welcoming It was an easy walk to Benllech and the cottage was well situated for exploring Anglesey by road - we used both car and bus (from Benllech).

We were fortunate to see red squirrels in the driveway to the property and we had clear enough night skies for a bit of stargazing.

Being able to walk from the door to the beach and coastal path and the lovely views and garden plus two beautiful dogs to fuss.

Sue and Nigel made us very welcome and once explained the essentials left us alone but were on hand if required.We especially enjoyed relaxing in the conservatory and even having a daily bypass of a red squirrel.Would definitely rebook but you need to do it well in advance due to its popularity.

We had a super relaxing stay at the cottage, the owners and their dogs were lovely - didn't want to leave!

The photos of the cottage don't do it justice as its a lot larger and has all your home comforts. Outside, the garden / fields around the cottage were lovely with lots of bunnies and red squirrels running around, together with lots of song birds. If you want a relaxing, rural and quiet setting but with easy access to Snowdonia then this is the perfect place. We will be back...Thank you!

This is a superb cottage bungalow with lovely furnishings and every comfort you could wish for on a holiday.

The hosts are welcoming, the views across the fields towards the coast are fabulous and attention to detail inside is great. All in all, fantastic holiday accommodation which means that it is booked up quite a way in advance. We shall definitely return though!

sue and nigel clark were most welcoming, showed me and my wife around the property which by the way was beautiful on its own next to the owners property , in the most gorgeous and well maintained garden, the hydrangers were beautiful.

Warm and friendly welcome beautiful cottage very clean very comfortable we go to a lot of cottage holidays this is the best so far .

I have used this cottage before ,well worth the wait[have already made booking request for another holiday].

One thing we did like was the very useful information folder which shows places where you can take your dog.

The cottage was even better than the on line pictures, so much bigger, it was home from home.

Having been on cottage holidays for many years it was one of the few that we can say that we would gladly go back to, my only downer is that the bed is small but it bought us closer together, so to speak.... We walked from the cottage to the beach through the woods a few times, such a nice area. We will be back in the future to complete more walks.

The house was very comfortable, kept in excellent order and had every possible convenience.

Excellent heating, Good size TV, very comfortable lounge / dining area. Well equipped Kitchen & conservatory. Bathroom with bath and shower. The house is adjescent to the owners property, but owners not at all intrusive / very pleasant. Both houses set in very well kept grounds, with pleasant aspect viewed from the lounge area. Plenty space to give your dog a morning / late night walk. 1 mile from Benllech which has excellent facilities, Tesco express, pubs, chip shop, cafes & shops. Beach 400 yrds from main village centre. Good restaurants at nearby Red Wharf Bay.

This is not a weekend cottage, it is a full on five star hotel quality experience.

We were made very welcome by the owners, and greeted on arrival, not rules and regs just a friendly tour. Use of the garden and extended grounds was encouraged. Definitely one to revisit when the sun is shining. An absolute A1 holiday.thank you.

The owners gave us a very warm welcome,we will try and book it again next year although they don't have many vacant weeks not surprisingly.We had a great holiday,thankyou.

We found this cottage more than we expected,the overall cleanliness,quality of the fittings is a credit to owners.

The Cottage is set in a beautiful well kept garden with fabulous views from the conservatory which is very relaxing area to sit in. The owners are very helpful and will help you at any time but give you your privacy,you will have no problems with a dog as the garden is fully enclosed ,our dog loved it. The village has all you will want,shops,pubs,and a great chippy, also if you do not want to use your car there is a good bus service from the village to places on Anglesey. We will definitely come back.

This cottage is superb.

It has everything you could possibly want in terms of facilities. It was spotlessly clean and in a lovely location. I would be very surprised if you have any listings which surpass this property
