A lovely house in a lovely location.
Just a couple of things, there were no pint beer glasses. On day 3 there was no hot water. Luckily we did have a call from someone who was able to sort it out. This did not spoil our holiday and I would recommend staying if you have a range of ages in your party.
This property is in a perfect location for exploring all of North Wales minutes walk to the beach and local attractions easy to walk to in Rhos on Sea.
This house has spacious accommodation and there is plenty of room for all. The property could do with a good deep clean and some attention to detail with the decor and maintenance. Ie the toilet seat on the floor in the first floor bathroom, mirror that has come off wall in master bathroom propped behind the taps. Hooks have come off the door so no where to hang anything in the master bathroom. Seal all loose on the dishwasher. The house lacks a personal touch the welcome book is very brief no instructions to any appliances not that we needed any but always helpful to have included. All in all we had a nice stay but house could be very much improved.
Water coming through lounge ceiling due to poor previous repair to bathroom.
no mirror above sink in master bedroom.no cloths hooks in master onsuite for towels.not enough cutlery.plates etc.toaster should be a four slicer.most rooms not enough storage space, not enough hooks in most bedrooms.instructions for recycling vague.saucepans and frying pan need replacing.not enough care taken over problems which could be easily rectified.previous leak damage could have been painted over.the water leak was fixed quite quickly.the property in good location and spacious.
