This stone-built, end-terrace barn conversion enjoys a delightful, tranquil setting with sea views, just under a mile from the village of Llangoed and three miles from Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey.

Situated on the owner's working livestock and arable farm, this Llangoed cottage benefits from underfloor heating along with oak flooring throughout.

The open plan kitchen/diner has a vaulted ceiling and the spacious sitting area boasts a full-length corner window and a woodburner.

Outside this Llangoed cottage is a pretty lawned garden with sea views and paths from the doorstep, which lead into the countryside and to Penmon Point Lighthouse.

This is a lovely property.

As it is away from the hustle and bustle of the town it is very quiet and the views are beautiful. Be aware that, from the double bedroom, the bathroom is down a flight of creaky stairs, across the kitchen, then up more stairs. This can be challenging if you need to go to the loo in the night. Either keep a torch to hand or leave a light on. The freezer is quite loud when the chiller kicks in, especially during the night when the house is quiet. Also, the double bedroom could do with a small wardrobe, maybe next to the window. We had to hang our clothes in the wardrobe outside the 2nd bedroom, which is not too much of problem but meant running up and down stairs if you forgot something. But, apart from the above, which really are minor niggles, this is a beautiful place to stay and we had a wonderful holiday.

A beautiful property with breath taking views and walks from the front door.

It was well equipped, very comfortable and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch. It was like home from home.
