Llofft Penwaig (The Herring Loft)

Lovely quaint little cottage in an ideal location for pub, shop and beach.

The owners have made impressive modern accommodation out of limited space. Suitable for couple or individual who want to escape. The beach is about 5 min (even less) down the road. We didn’t cook at the property as we were only there a couple of days so used chippy and pizza place on the beach. Free parking in the town is available and approx 5 min walk away. Lovely gesture of milk in fridge for cup of tea on arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage.

The village of Camaes was beautiful and the owners were fantastic. They left us chocolates, milk etc. we loved it there.

This tiny gem has been cleverly restored by the owners and lacks for nothing.

The space is as well thought out as it possibly can be and you can’t underestimate the joy of a well fitting blackout blind on a Velux window to help a good nights sleep. I would go back today if I could and Cemaes Bay is beautiful with lovely walks straight from the door. You don’t need any more for a relaxing stay

This was my second time staying at the property as I liked it so much the first time.

Just as happy this time as it seems to be very well maintained and run by the lovely owners. They're very obliging and just a text message away if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing little home the owner definitely put love and thought into this home Very well positioned for the beach walks and conveniences on your doorstep.

The village has 3 pubs, takeaway,shop, cafe and a few small shops selling clothes , art and a charity shop. There’s a restaurant within walking distance. We stayed on bonfire night and there was a display and fire on the beach. This is a lovely cosy place done to a very high standard with very nice owners . we will be back soon .

I dont know if its possible but a single plug in cooking ring would have been handy to cook or warm up some food.

Generally the flat was great for me and i would use it again.

Beautiful property done to an extremely high standard, incredibly well equipped and thought out for the size of the property.

Really clean and well looked after. The owners communicated well and sent me a link of ideas for things to do in the local area. They also left milk and tea/ coffee making facilities, plus some chocolates which was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would stay again, In fact I've booked it again to go next year!

LLofft Penwaig was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay.

Central to village with great little shops and a couple of pubs . Also ideally situated for costal walks. Would highly recommend it to family and friends, looking forward to returning in the near future

This property is absolutely amazing, newly renovated tiny herring loft but with literally everything you need.

The renovation has been completed to a very high spec and for such a tiny space it is extremely comfortable and well equipped. We spent a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beaches and harbour and a good base to explore the island. The pub is literally a matter of feet away! We can't recommend this property highly enough. Fantastic
